Got something stolen (while I was in the bathroom) their once but was able to get it back and find it they just left it in a cart once they realized there was nothing valuable in it (never leave any valuables in your cart while you go the bathroom there) Also they bathrooms are disgusting (the women’s at least) A worker left something gross in the toilet and did not even bother to flush. But they have a lot of groceries so that’s good.

After today I will no longer shop at this BJ’s, considering canceling my membership and just stick with Costco’s. Went to this BJ’s since it’s close to my home I just moved into. When and why is it the customer’s responsibility to make to make the cashier job easier. Again 8.5 mo pregnant I already lifted the objects into/under the cart ;since when did assuring all barcodes are facing upwards easier to scan for cashier? But when I ask for assistance the response I get is “this is a wholesale warehouse you have to load and unload everything yourself “ I highly doubt this is what is taught during orientation/hiring process. RUDE/Customer service is horrible!!!!
Lately the service is down hill. I loaded my coupons on line at home but did not work so had to have the whole order redid by hand .Thay have nice plants.buy this day that are all back by the freezer and all dyeing why not up front with other spring time things?The lady's that work the register. You know who you are get more trading awful
2 lines open that aren't self check out. 6 self check out lines blinking on a Saturday at 10:30. Terrible. I will just Amazon from now on, since they want it all automated.
Came into the store on the 31st of January at 12 45 pm both girls doing pickup online orders next to where Dunkin donuts used to be were not wearing masks their masks at all times while on the sales floor as well as while preparing items for members who might actually care about such polices that are in place to protect the consumer. With several groups of employees camping the front registers and plenty of people seeking attention( social hour), eating food and drinking drinks, while on the sales floor. At least have the decency and respect to keep the mask on while on the sales floor and open club hours without drinks and food out and about during open club hours, very Disappointed....
So my husband and went in to buy 2 items grapes and a case of water.After standing in line for 10 minutes on a extremely busy Sunday an employee came along and closed the line.And announced line is closed...She made no attempt to accommodate us with 2 items that would of taken 5 minutes to ring up or move us to a new line .We felt that as a manager she would come up with a solution instead she lost our business today We shop there all the time and never had a problem.Sunday November 15, 2020 2:30 pm
