We've come to this Arby's for several years. They are now having staffing, management and customer service issues which used to be a highpoint. I had hoped that someone would rectify the issues. The dining room hours are inconsistent and when you walk up to the door its usually locked with a paper sign taped to the window- doesnt matter could be 6, 7 or 8. But no more. Customers are not treated as being valuable. Employees spend more time joking and talking among themselves and ignore customers. Even the drive thru is inconsistent and slow- so much for being a fast food restaurant. Not only is service lacking but the food is too. Its like its not operated with care and concern. Luckily there's plenty of other options that want my money and patronage.
This is unfortunate. It is currently 10:04pm and according to google this location is supposed “to be open until 1am”, however when I called to verify someone picked up and greeted me over the phone. When I asked what time they were open until the girl said “we are closed”. She then stated that since covid they now close earlier but seeing how covid has been a thing for 2 years the times of operation should have been adjusted. There is no excuse as to why this can’t be fixed.
Waited about 4 minutes at the counter to order before anyone greeted me while severalnofbthe employees walked back and forth behind the counter.The young lady that finely greeted me has zip for personality.The French dip sandwich that I ordered was on the bland side. I give that sandwich a thumbs down.One thing that stood out was how dirty the windows, doors, ceilings and counter were and well I don't need to say anything about the floors.This Arbys for as old as it is has not been taken care of and it shows. If the management has t noticed , 1st they are blind, 2nd if they have noticed it and have not corrected the problems them they need to be replaced with individuals that know how to operate a business.Not a good feeling about this place anymore.
We received the monthly coupons and thought we would give their $12 family meal a try. The servers and service was top notch, but I'm not overly fond of fast food. Our order was no way bad I just not a big lover of fast food. My husband was very happy with the beef and cheddar.
I ordered from dordash and this restaurant had the to refuse a straw for my drink. How can a person be so stupid as to think that the driver is going to use the straw to drink my drink? Anyone with little intelligence knows that if someone wants to drink something they don't need a straw… Bad service from the staff
$1 2pm-4pm sliders are a great deal. Corned beef and swiss very good roast beef kinda dry but worth the price
Cold fries are not my favorite thing.I think anyone taking orders should listen closely to what's being said.sandwiches were good.
The dining room to the Clermont store is closed due to staffing issues. The drive through was open. It was a good experience, the food was great and service was fast. Drive through was busy, but kept it moving along.
Change your hours to whatever they are. I only have a certain time to eat my lunch. Thank you for wasting my doordasher’s time and mine having to wait. Now my food will be sitting outside until I’m done with my meeting. Thank you.
The food was great service sucked.Visit often they have a really good deal, the last visit the customer service rep was alone at the window and very pleasant.When there crowded at the window they are very unorganized sloppy and very unprofessional. That experience although food is good makes you wanna pass by and try another restaurant.BUMMER
