5 out of our 7 orders were wrong or were missing items (we ordered 3 appetizers and 3 meals). The waitress was extremely rude and short with us (a simple apology goes a long way). Wait time was extremely long and we did not get a refill on our drinks the entire time there until we were completely done with our food. It should be noted we we go there around 8pm and did not leave until 10:40pm and they were not busy at all. After our waitress ghosted us, we asked to speak to the manager and he told us they are short staffed. We understand the staff shortages but communication, professionalism and basic customer service skills are essential in the food industry. We all still left the waitress a tip and even paid for the orders that were wrong and some were never fixed. We did not want them to think we were just out to get a free meal. We made the best of it and still had a great time with our family but we will NEVER visit this Applebee's location again.
Was there on may 27. Our food was great and our waiter Adolfo was the BEST. There was 8 of us celebrating two things and everything was super. Thanks will always come to this applebees
Quite the spectacle on the weekends. The younger generation is a factor when it comes to hospitality. Jared(Bartender) seems to have it together through the night every time Ive been here. I had a great experience with the a new server Sara. She made me and my family feel welcomed and took every notice to our needs. Need more servers like her.
My son and I come here often for the great food and amazing service. We always sit in Taylor's section. What an amazing server and person she is. Very attentive and always has a great smile. 6 stars all around.
Food was Okay. Wasn't as flavorful as previous meals. Our dining experience was mediocre. Our drinks were empty 1/2 the time despite asking for refills, our server forgot multiple times. Never did bring a spoon for our son's applesauce. He seemed to disappear for 10-15 min time periods in the back without checking to ensure his tables had what they needed (we didn't.) Overall it was okay. Probably won't be visiting often.
RAVE for Applebee's on Hwy 50 in Clermont. We held our Ladies Luncheon there today with a table of 22. Our server, Adolfo, was so sweet, personable and attentive. We were a tough group and he handled us like a pro! The food was very good and the bartender kept our? flowing. ?
From middle management to corporate, they should be ashamed at the cleanliness of this location in Clermont, FL, barf.The bar keep who was our server during lunch was more interested in the single customer at the bar than helping us, just a reminder of why we don’t go there. Double pass
Food and service were good but prices are a bit high. Unfortunately it was pretty empty. Hopefully, it was just a slow night.
I call bs on this meal I paid 11 dollar for, limp fries, cold, and chicken strips that are small, not crispy and pitiful. Come on applebees!! I want someone to get back to me about the quality of this food. It ridiculous
We went for a salad night. Ordered the Oriental and the Chicken Cesar salads. Lettuce was crisp, just the right amount of dressing on both and the serving size was just enough.
