Ordered a pizza and they never showed up. Called the store and they didn’t answer. I’m reading the reviews and the owner’s responses and can’t believe this person (whoever is writing the responses) graduated kindergarten, much less owns one of these stores. Westshore Pizza used to be my favorite pizza place. Too bad the “owner” hates the customers. What a miserable human being. #Karma
Well ordered a simple pizza today and I have to say I am extremely disappointed it was bland and nothing special to it .I feelike since the pandemic people and gone to sub par ingredients in food the cheese just did not look good or fresh. I was starving so I had to eat it but I was not what I expected at all, should have gone to hungry howies
To the frugal, non matching ( Brooklyn hat & patriots sweat pants) , employee cussing manager butthead.... understand one thing, it's really rude to use that type of language while children are in your place of business!!So I placed an order for a pie, some garlic knots ,& a sub..... a simple request was made to a cashier lady for some red peppers and parmesan cheese FOR YOU MR MANAGER TO TAKE THE POLITE YOUNG LADY TO THE BACK AND SCORN HER SAYING " YOU CANT BE HANDING OUT PARMESAN AND PEPPERS, IT COST FU*KING MONEY!" boy you need to check yourself. I am 5 minutes from this parlor, and I will NEVER return here!! The Westshore Pizza parlor on East Bay can teach you a thing or two about hospitality!After eating the food... let's just say it was bland at most.... and yes I do have time on my hands ,unlike you who are obviously overwhelmed, taking orders for people every day. Your correct, I can afford to take time and write an honest review about a person and or business.....
Ordered a 14 in cheese pizza n some wings, figured it shouldn’t take too long. I called after an hour, to find out what happened? Woman on the phone says “ Oh, yours is the next one going out.” It hadn’t even left the store after an hour. I got it after 1 hour and 15 minutes. Pizza or wings were no longer hot, and the plain cheese pizza was doused in salt n pepper! So much that you really couldn’t eat it! Last delivery for me, no thanks!
Worst pizza I’ve ever had called to complain obviously no resolution.I have always loved West shore pizza but not this branchThey do not care about the customers or the quality of the product they are sending you !You will have to dispute with your credit card company because they don’t follow up with in regards to refunds .Unacceptable
Pick up order; they are only a mile away. Usually, get one of their Strombolis. They are big enough that we have a meal for two for 2 days. I haven't had one of their pizza yet, but if they use the same dough for their crusts, they should be excellent also. I usually have to wait even though they give you a pickup time. Not a problem; items are hot when you get them.
Owner is very nice. Great pizza and cheese steak!!

Philly Cheesesteak not bad ?
My special order pizza was fantastic! I have lots of food allergies and can't have sauce or cheese. This pizza still was so flavorful! They made it perfectly for me just as I requested. Thank you so much I really enjoyed it.
