The drive through girl was absolutely beyond belief rude. I can't believe she's allowed to talk to people with such attitude. I will never return to this location.

Absolutely love the customer service from Destiny ! She is the best . She gets me through the drive thru quickly every time, which is especially useful when you’re on break !

Horrible. What has happened to customer service lately? Stopped in yesterday to get the new Strawberry frosty. Went inside, employee looks at me and shoo's me away like a fly and says, "go thru drive-thru, inside is closed..." Walk past an employee eating a strawberry frosty. Go thru drivethru, order 3 strawberry frosty's....get to window and the girl tells me they're out of strawberry frosty's...seriously? i just saw an employee eating one! Horrible service!

Longest wait I've ever had in a drive thru for fast food. Two cars behind me left before I could finally put my order in. Food was good, but not worth the wait.

7 pm at night lobby is closed. I drive a commercial vehicle that does not fit in the drive through. Between McDonald's and Wendy's I will not ever buy anything from them. Service at both is a complete joke. They want minimum wage to be $15 but cannot give good service between both places. Panda Express gives you more food and cost you less.

The woman today, taking our order with long red braids, was beyond rude!! You could tell she was having a bad day, so I tried to lighten the mood and she wasn't having it. She never spoke one word and when I asked for a butter for the potato, I got A butter. I'm ASSUMING my order was complete, when "red braids" said nothing and pushed it towards us, missing part of the order. When my husband asked for the burger we paid for, she handed it and said nothing!!!!!! Did I mention the nasty looks she was giving the entire transaction? I get a bad day, but get a grip! We didn't do anything to you!!! Silliest post ever BUT worst customer service experience in a LONG TIME!! I would post a name BUT no name tag was being worn. Hmmm I pretty sure local laws state all food service personal must wear one. This place didn't get the memo ?

The staff here is very polite.. when my order was messed up I went back in they replaced it completely free with no hassle.. I didn't get the chance to catch the name of the manager but she is an older woman and she was excellent hats off to her and the rest of the staff

I really do not like chains and especially Fast Food. Also don't care for Wendy'sThis Wendy's is a complete exceptionThe manager sets an example and maintains that leadershipEach person that I have had the pleasure to interact with has the qualities of the managerFood wise, well I found and adore the breakfast sausage egg and cheese w extra egg

Food was great we did drive trough. All doe there was alot of cars they went by fairly quickly. Staff was super nice and attentive.

I love "this" Wendy's, the staff has always been fantastic. Morning or evening the only time it's not fast is when they're short on staff. Mistakes are few and far in-between and if you do have one they have no issue making it up to you.
