Like any businesses, Wendy's needs more coverage. The wait wasn't too bad and the food was all there and correct. Please leave the flavored lemonades on your permanent menu!!!
Manager on the Mic didn't hear my frosty then told the cashier I couldn't add one at the window then proceeded to give me 7 nuggets that were beyond edible probably microwaved a little extra and forgot my fries. Grade A Wendy's experience manager was a fat white guy.
Through the drive thru 6pm on Saturday. Order taker was so rude. Cold fries looked like they had been sitting there for hours. Didn't dare eat them. No ice in our drinks.
Not sure what’s going on! But the new crew they have in there is horrible like u ask for a medium you get a small! U ask for a honey biscuit they give you a spicy one! Then a 8:00 am there menu shows lunch and dinner? Please bring the old crew back!
So disappointed with this particular location. In the last two weeks they have not been open at 6:30. (Probably more) I drove through the drive thru at 6:45am on both days and the restaurant was not open, even though the employees were there. Such an inconvenience! Who ever is managing this particular location really needs to get it together! Or change the start time to 7:00am.
After waiting longer than normal, I get home to see my medium fries look like a child size due to not being filled. My burger was cold, and even though I said no ketchup and it was read back as such, it had ketchup. Ketchup literally makes me vomit. Thanks for ruining my dinner. I didn’t go back to have it fixed because it’s raining and I don’t want to get out again. Two thumbs down.
When I walked in with my parents we were the only customers and had a hard time finding a CLEAN table. Seriously, every table and/or booth seat was dirty. The floor was STICKY every inch throughout. There was no coffee (we should have asked first) and when I stood at the counter the cashier said we are just waiting for my burger. The burger that was neatly wrapped and in the woman's HANDS while she joked with another guy? For like, 2 minutes? I'll skip talking about the white-ish pink tomato slice and the weird tasting fountain drinks. All 3 of us hit our bathroom upon returning home. Will stay far away from this location.
Went through the drive thru tonight. I am a busy mom and was just exhausted today. So figured fast food will have to do.. placed our order, the young lady at the window was rude. Then I get home and they are missing like half our items. I was missing the chilli for my taco salad, a baconator and a small fry. I tried calling them but there phone number is disconnected. These people want 12/hr but can't even get it right.

They refused to serve me on my bicycle citing, " You could sue us." I've been through many drive through on my bike and never had any issues. I'm curious what the motorcycle policy is... Dave Thomas is rolling in his grave. Shame on you Wendy's.
