Typical of most fast food outlets nowadays, this Wendy's is staffed by people who consistently demonstrate an inability to follow simple procedures and conduct basic customer service.This is a location on a main thoroughfare in Clearwater and it is nearly empty... the locals stay away from this pit. The rest of us should too.
Second time eating here as staying in a hotel nearby both time service has been rude ! My burger is ice cold the girl at the window didn't give me her name or my receipt and when she gave me the wrong sauce she grabbed a handful of the right ones and damn near threw em at me she wouldn't even look at me while I waited for her to acknowledge me she hollered I put ketchup in the bag .. as a retired manager she needs to be retrained in customer service or let go in my opinion
You know last night I had some big issues with an employee and the disrespect I got from him along with things being closed early when I went back to have my food corrected. Originally had a lower star review because of it. But I called this morning and the manager handled it amazingly. Come to find out luckily this particular employee wasn't normally from this store though and doesn't reflect how they normally run. And unfortunately I wasn't the only one who had to deal with a situation of early closing and rudeness. But the manager took care of it and let me know he wouldn't be at their store anymore. Hopefully, returning to his own and getting some retraining in customer service if this was his first issue, and fired if it's been a continuous one. But thank you to the manager Tiffany who made sure to take care of the issue to the best of her ability allowed. And thank you to every other staff member who isn't rude and stays open during open hours at this location because usually there isn't an issue. But it's good to know that when there is an issue, that they have a good manager who does her best to take care of everything the best she can.
This has to be the worst Wendys on the planet. If you plan on spending your entire lunch waiting in the slowest drive-thru line ever, this is the place for you. Oh wait they are out of half the menu items, sign me up! Cold food, also got you covered. Save yourself the time and money, this location sucks. Also forget about getting a receipt, they wouldn't dare give that to you so you can complain to corporate. I normally try to stick to good reviews for places in the area, but this place made me feel like they went out of their way to make this as horrible of an experience as possible.
Yall should be ashamed to even hand out something that looks like that and something that's that hard it's already bad enough the person who taking orders and taking the money don't have no sense of what great customer service is this is ridiculous get it together y'all are in too busy of a area to have bad food and bad customer service
Went for breakfast and the manager working had the worst attitude like I was the problem. I was told they are open but not serving food due to being under staffed
This is the second day I have come here. The first day no answer and I had to drive around a few times for someone to pay attention to me. Then today at 6:40am one person who works there was outside on the phone the entire time. The other person said we are closed. You guys are supposed to open at 6:30. You have customers. I WILL NEVER COME BACK!!!! WAY TO GO YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!
Ok food. Would appreciate better service. At least maximize our wait time.. not looking for a circus act... But close haha. Jk jk.
Went here last week and they were "out if buns" for the sandwich I ordered.Made the mistake of going again today. The "hot and crispy fries" were, quite literally, barely warm, hard and stale as if they had been sitting there the whole day!!!I will NEVER go here again and suggest they hire new management or, better yet. CLOSE IT DOWN!!!I only gave them one star because I couldn't give them less...
