Was in Clearwater over the weekend and came across Verrazanos. This place reminds me of oven made New York ?. The atmosphere was friendly and staff were great. Pizza sauce and cheese was great! Just like New York. Adam was a pleasure.
I am blown away. I went today only because I got a coupon in the mail and thought I would give it a chance. This is some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. It is authentic New York style without paying New York prices. I will be coming here instead of anywhere else for my pizza nights. 10/10
Best pizza in Florida. Order pizza with pepperoni and meatball, cooked well done. Had it delivered. It came hot and exactly how we wanted it. It was so good we finished it very quickly.They have great specials.Thank you Verranzano.See you again soon.
The driest pizza I’ve ever had. The crust was cardboard and there was barely any sauce or cheese. I also asked for mushrooms and there weren’t any. The wings were overdone, salty, and I only got one small ken’s ranch for ten wings which didn’t help. This was my fifth and final chance at them and it disappoints again.
Little hole in the wall pizza place next to a gas station but sometimes that's where you get the best pizza at the best price. Friendly, welcoming staff. We've had lots of pizza down here and many times not been impressed. Brought this home and my husband said" this is good, where'd you get it?" Told him " the pizza place next to the gas station at Keene and Sunset. He seemed shocked. Lol.
I'm a Philly gal and kinda picky about my pizza, hoagies, and cheesesteaks.Verrazzanos comes pretty darned close to what my taste buds enjoy. I do order my pizzas with just a little crisp ... and the Stromboli is spot on . I don't even season first ... the flavor is perfect . .I get delivery and am never disappointed. Keep up the great and yummy job!

The food quality is not consistent. I ordered a sub two weeks ago that was outstanding and then I ordered a sub yesterday that was lacking meat and the vegetables. When I went to explain that to the manager I was told that he was there and nothing was wrong with the sub and I was crazy. I work in the food industry and I would never have told my guess that. So because of this I will not be returning and I wouldn't recommend this to anybody. I wish I can give a negative five star due to the rudeness of the management at this location
THE ONLY PIZZA PLACE I EAT AT OUT HERE, ingredients always fresh the staff is amazing. Whenever I take my clients out I always take them here!!!!!! Great prices and great pizza
We ordered a pizza delivery this evening. The young man that delivered, was very nice. The pizza on the other hand wasn't even room temperature, we had to reheat. The app to order on line, scams almost the price of the pizza, with extra charges tacked on. I have had their pizza before, in house, it's usually very good. I would not recommend delivery.
