9/2021 - I've been to other Tropical Smoothies and never had an issue until I started coming to this location. Biting into one of these leaves an extremely disgusting taste. This is twice now. Please fix this issue.6/6/2022 Update: been going back and have not had further issues.6/14/2022 - Previously, I had the peanut butter pita crunch and it was great. This time, the pita was stale and tough and very difficult to bite or eat. Ended up throwing it away. Where was the peanut butter? :(
The guy who took more order had the worst attitude, I don’t even know how he was hired. I’ve worked many customer service jobs and I understand some days you’re exhausted and not feeling it but his attitude was on another level. All I wanted to do was order 3 smoothies for my siblings and every time I named off a smoothie he would say “is that it?” with an annoyed tone. He handed me my order without even looking at me or saying a word and shut the drive thru window. On top of that, 2 of the smoothies were incorrect. I’ve only gone back once since and they got my order wrong AGAIN. The customer service is horrible.
Called to try to submit an order ahead so we wouldn’t be showing up within minutes of closing time to put in a food order, was told they don’t do order over phone but to put in a mobile order or come over. Clicked place mobile order and the kids working had shut it down so it showed on the app “this location is closed” 10 mins before their closing time. So we got up to the window before closing ready to order and the girl said “we aren’t making food, you can only have a smoothie.” I do completely understand how people start wiping things down early which is why I tried to order as early as possible, but if you are open till a certain time your staff shouldn’t be refusing to serve your customers while your sign openly displays you are still open as do your business hours just because they wanted to shut down early.

The cashier asked for a tip (in the DRIVE THROUGH ?) which I gave him, and then the guy with the dreads literally did not say a single word to me while giving me my food, forgot the chips, then again not a word while giving me my smoothie and not even a “bye” or “thanks”, he just walked away, even though I was very polite to him. Then I got home to see they had forgot tomatoes on my sandwich. Very odd and disappointing experience with the employees.Addition: The owner commented below and I filled out the feedback form several days ago and still have not heard anything about it or been contacted.
Wow. First time at one of these and the Gulf to Bay location blew me away. I was prepared for a tiny flat bread and a 9 dollar smoothie. I got a delicious Pesto Flat bread with chicken and it was twice the size I thought it'd be. And the Jetty Punch smoothie was massive and only 4 bucks. The inside was clean and the staff was professional, helpful, and extremely quick. This place deserves your money and you deserve the delicious meal you get in return. Healthy and quick are typically not synonomous.
2 stars cause peoyare nice. Wrap 8 something. Pure life water 3 bucks. It's 80 cents at gas station. Let's talk the wrap. It was so hot had to wait 15 min to eat it. It was so over toasted just crumbled in your had. All the stuff wilted and gross. 1st and last for food. O if I wanted to eat processed chicken I would have went to Taco Bell next door for half the price.
This has been my go-to lunch spot for some months now and yes they are a little slow but let me tell ya, I usually get the veggie humus wrap and a smoothie, the food is phenomenal. I have tried other locations and this one is definitely my favorite location. Five stars
Horrible service, waited over 20 mins. ordered 2smoothies & a wrap, get to window & hands us smoothies, kid walks away (we’re thinking he’s going to get wrap) comes back with two more of the same smoothies ????? WTH I say we will take them for you making us wait so long. He ignores me walks away gets wrap & it’s made wrong ?? #beyondincompatint #unreal #thesepeoplewanthigherpay?
Smoothies are my favorite here, especially Acia Berry Boost. The employees are very helpful and pleasant everytime I stop by. They will substitute items on the menu if you'd like. Just wonderful. Very tasty
