Okay, so this was our first time at Toucans. It looks like a New England Patriots fan decorated the place, but there were other NFL flags in the place, too. They have Three Olives vodka on display and have Corona Premier on draft. The staff was genuinely friendly. The menu is diverse. We ordered a frommagio bacon burger and grouper bites. The food was good but not great. I will not go back for the food.
Service was very friendly, New England Clam Chowder was disgusting(3 clams in it mostly potatoes and carrots and light expired cream), seafood bowl had no flavors, the only safe part of the meal was the chocolate cake and the NY Strip Steak .Opinion : Prices are high for the type of atmosphere setting provided @ $175 for 2 people no appetizers 2 glass of wine and 2 tap beers ,1 chocolate desert, 2 soups 2 dinners.Drinks at the outdoor bar afterwards were great.
The view outside was perfect for watching the sun set! Tyler a new server was very friendly and helpful and did not rush us or make us feel uncomfortable ever! Ver fun atmosphere! Great drink menu and good happy hour prices! The garlic bread was awesome too!
Great food. Great prices. Great service. Ordered Philly Cheese steak. Probably the best one I have ever had. Great portions.
First off the food was amazing for this place but the service was very subpar, which is why it got 4 stars.We were told to sit anywhere so we chose a table to the left of the entrance. We waited about 10 minutes before anyone waited on us. We were only waited on when a family of 5 sat next to us and we were able to ask for menus. Our waitress waited on the family but we were never asked if we needed drink refills, which we did. I also had to get up and get my own ketchup.Like I said the food was great. Shrimp and scallops were amazing. We had three people and ordered an appetizer and our total before tax was about $100.00. No alcoholic drinks either. Great food, expensive and terrible service at this time. Hopefully it gets better.
Live music, lively night scene, good energy. Walking back to the hotel around 10pm, stopped for a drink because live music going. Good drink options, nice inside and outside seating. Really it seems like a nice place, our experience was a little lackluster with the service, waited 10ish minutes for a server to free up to be seated, placed a drink order immediately to cut down on wait time, took another 15ish minutes for some pretty simple drinks. Drink order was right, no complaints there. Unfortunately I'm assuming, like everybody else, they're suffering from staffing issues, making for extended wait times.
Great place to watch sports. Plenty of flat screens throughout the bar. I think the food is a little pricey, but it doesn't disappoint. The nachos are probably the best bang for your buck. Will easily feed 2 as a meal, good size app for 4. Great drink specials. The shrimp and scallop pesto is excellent and my favorite.
Nice open & spacious place with plenty of seating. The bartender danielle was great - friendly, hospitable & attentive. Must of been shift change as 2 new bartenders showed up & as Danielle was leaving, neither one of the 2 new bartenders acknowledged me while sitting at the bar so I decided to leave & not spend any more of my money at this place if these young kids can't acknowledge me. Ordered food & it was OK, came out pretty quick but definitely over priced for a burger & fries compared to many other places nearby. The dang market price for a grouper sandwich at other places I had the past few nights is cheaper then the burger here at this place. Definitely better places to go around here.
The food was okay but it is wayyyyy more expensive that it should be. I came with my girlfriend and the waitress(who was very kind) split the bill by what we got and I then realized how expensive it was, which is my fault since I did not look before. Wouldn’t come back just because the price is so high.
Very effective place to watch a game and grab some drinks. Staff was very accommodating to get our specific games on the TV in front of us both days we visited during March Madness and we never had to ask for another round of drinks. We didn't try any food, so we can't comment there. The only reason not giving 5 stars is due to a little lack of maintenance within the facility and out dated/off color Tv's but great place to watch a game and have some drinks for sure.
