I went there for dinner, after looking over their menu I chose the chimichanga and I made it mega size. The chicken was absolutely cooked perfectly and the seasoning was spot on. Of course they provide you with a hot sauce bar for you to pick up additional hot sauce if you choose to. I'm kind of a big guy so this thing filled me up. The service was excellent and the interior of the restaurant was clean and well organized. We don't have a lot of Mexican restaurants down here in the Tampa area so this was a very good choice and definitely will be coming back.
Staff at all locations are always friendly and quick. Food was not good this time. It usually is. Wings were overcooked. Cheese was coagulated when it got to the table. But it won't turn me off. I'll go back. This is the first time I have had a less than great experience.
I pop in for 2 beef tacos (includes chips) and a small side of queso almost once a month. You walk up to the register to order, give them your name, get your drink, and they bring your food out to you. The servers at the register are friendly, answer any of your questions, and confirm the toppings you want. You can peruse their hot sauce bar, which is clearly marked as to each sauce's kick. I would consider this chain to be a notch above fast food because of the service you get. They bring the food to you, come to your table and offer to refill your drink for you, and they bus the table after you leave. And they have "good" ice for their drinks. Always consistent food and service quality.
First time here. A lot of delicious food for reasonable prices. The sauces were tasty as well. We bought a handful to take back to Chicago. The young woman behind the counter was amazing. I believe her name was Natalie. Taking orders, running food out, asking all the customers if they needed anything. Super attentive. Most of our group works in customer service and would have to her service was wonderful. This is also my first Google review; that’s how great she was!
Always good. It's american chain food fast but really pretty good. Had tacos on taco Tuesday with no complaints. The staff at this location is always great.
Throughout a busy Saturday night the whole staff was doing a great job while short staffed. Very rude customers tonight. A table full of entitled people who think their orders should come before anybody else’s, and a very lovely gentleman who made the teenage girls working the front cry proceeded to throw his remade and refunded food back at them while cussing and screaming. Very level headed manager named Samantha who did her best to deescalate the situation and make sure her staff was doing okay. Impressed with this locations staff and management. Foods pretty great too.
I had never eaten at a Tijuana Flats before…my husband wanted to stop in here and eat, so we stopped and decided to grab lunch. The food was great! Had a burrito with chips, queso and a pineapple soda. What I really enjoyed was the amazing customer service we received! We ate lunch at 12:10 pm on March 3rd. The woman working at the cash register was just lovely and enjoyable to talk to. The man who brought us our food, came out and brought it right to our table! He was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. I was surprised that they even brought our food out…maybe that’s just what they do here…either way I think it’s important for management to know that these two employees were very friendly and accommodating! They both had smiles on their faces and were very kind. This may sound strange, but everywhere I go out to eat now I am disappointed…and we eat out A LOT! I feel like the world has turned into such a miserable place these days and these two employees made an impression and made me smile today! I will for sure be back here to eat, and it’s only because of the service we received. Thank for a great lunch!
So.. my coworker and I wanted tacos and it was late and we found this place on Google maps. Not only was the food good but it was surprisingly good. Chicken wings on a Mexican menu was surprising so I had to give it a try. I really pike this place. Great late night service even though we walked in close to closing. Kudos to the workers there.
Awful experience the Manger at this Location should be fired after waiting for 35 min with no food after I asked about my food she walked over to my table and asked me was there a issue smh said busy and Basically the dine in customers were not important online orders were more important hopefully a owner sees this and can fix this I'm a business owner we understand short staffed extremely rude Samantha was the manager on duty sat night there was 5 of us and we come here often I got a refund the food came out at 941
Horrible experience. Manager Samantha was an extremely rude girl. Waited over 30 minutes in store to get food and when asked what was taking so long she became more rude. Friend asked for money back since food was not brought out yet and manager grabbed receipt and walked away. Finally after 40 minutes my food arrived and was made completely wrong.
