My food was hot and delicious, I got the small teriyaki bowl and wanted more.There were issues the last two times I ate there ( once they had no forks and according to the manager, because its a franchise they can't go to the store and buy any) glad to see they got things ironed out.
This review is based on my first ever visit 5/19/22. I ordered 2 chicken teriyaki bowls. The chicken was excellent and tasted like barbecued chicken off a grill. The teriyaki sauce just enhanced the flavor of the chicken and the vegetables in the bowl even more. I pre ordered through the app redeeming a reward and had no issues. It was a 10 out of 10 experience.Update 5/20/22 (the next day)It was so good I went back again today 5/20/22. Consistency is a key factor and it was excellent both days. Now I have to talk myself out of going everyday and I'm sure T.M. wouldn't mind if I did.
Food was delicious service was quick and friendly! Had the orange chicken bowl simple but oh so good ! Will be coming back
This is our new go-to place. They're even great about allergies like oranges (you just have to mention it during ordering). The food is fantastic and the staff is generally good.Make sure you go when the manager is actually in the store, though. If not, the food is prepared differently than when he's in, they're bound to forget important components (like katsu sauce for the chicken katsu was missing), and the customer service level goes down a notch.And definitely don't order online. Same time as the non-manager day, we ordered online for the first time and the food took an additional 20 minutes AFTER it was set to be ready for pick up. I don't think they started it until I got there, sadly, so I had to wait. The guy that was ordering at the counter when I came in got his food before I did by several minutes, even though he had just ordered. It would have gotten a perfect 5 stars if I hadn't had this experience this last time. Oh well.Aside from the one bad experience (out of three total times going there), the food is so solid and I will return. But, I'll be cautious to make sure that the manager is in when I do.
There seems to be a training issue at this location. Today I tried to get the Monday special and was told that it only applied to the spicy chicken. Having not read the details on the sign outside I ordered non special items. While waiting I read the details and in fact it does apply to items I would have ordered. I won't be back until things change.

Need to get their act together. Waited 30 minutes today for 1 chicken bowl. Paying customers were being told as they came in that it was a 30-45 minute wait for food. Feels like lack of training or staff. Food was great once it arrived but won’t be back till issues are addressed.
I ordered a bowl with tofu. The tofu was cooked perfectly and the rice was very good. The veggies were cooked perfectly also...not overcooked which was really nice. I was very happy with my meal. The restaurant was clean, as was the bathroom. Customer service was very good also.
The food was good and I only had to wait like 10 minutes for it. All around, an overall pleasant experience.
Love this place's spicy chicken flavor! It has a Korean hint to it and is extremely tasty. The chicken is a great flame grilled flavor as well. Would highly recommend the spicy chicken!
