The sign says open its 906am and the rudest person comes to the door and says we arena open for another hour or so I asked how come if the sign says 830am her answer was I just got here im the manager and we arent open
This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to. The light skin lady with the dermal piercing in her face (I didn’t catch her name cause she had a blank name tag) is lazy. It seemed like it was a bother to order a sandwich I was difficult knew what I wanted and she just rolled her eyes the entire time. She has a bad attitude. If you don’t like your job stay home!
We walked in at lunch time and the woman "working" said sorry online orders only. She was sitting at one of the tables on her phone. We couldn't believe she refused to serve us. Walked right out the door.
This branch has TERRIBLE customer service..read all the other complaints as they are true. There is at least 1 female employee,would not give me her name, the only female that was working on July 12 2022 at 115 pm, she should be fired immediately, the way she talks and treats people...i will personally never go back to that branch again! Branch is 1444 a, Belcher road. Go ANYWHERE else but there!!!!
The girl was talking on a blue tooth, and was very impatient. As I was choosing what toppings on the sub ,she said "could you hurry up I have to go to the bathroom" I was in the store less than 5 minutes total.. I never had someone so rude at any place I've been to.
Went in this morning to get breakfast to be told they’re closed and I was turned away as a customer. Why are your doors open then?? Says you open at 8:30 and it’s 9:00…..
Awful place...terrible actitud, very bad service
I had an amazing experience with this subway. The bread was crispy and fresh which unlike other subway chains are soggy. Great customer service. I ordered on the subway app for pickup and upon arriving they were in the process of making. I got to chat with these 2 guys and learned a lot from how they run things and one of em sounds really dedicated to his job in making the bread every morning. The experience was on 03/18/2022 around 7pm
I love me some subway but this location ruined my experience. Two ladies were on the line while looking on drugs. Then while the one woman put the toppings on my sub she layed her entire forearm in My sandwich and kept going like she didn't just violate my lunch. Then she continued to look at me stupid when I called it out and canceled my order. They need to do a rehire and make sure their product is changed every so often and not sitting out all day.
Even thru it up it was so bad kinda wish this place would turn around….it a great location
