I have been in the drive through for 20 min. This store is famous for taking their time, giving you the wrong drink, and being rude to customers. Do NOT come here!
So I got an offer that if I ordered a mobile drink I get a free coffee on the 25th. As I'm walking in I look over and see that the car in the drive thru has an A painted on it...I quickly Google imaged Antifa and confirmed that it was their A. Now thoroughly shocked, I walk in to grab my coffee and said "You guys literally have Antifa in your drive thru" the older lady smiles at me and goes "Yes we know she works here". I was literally speechless and we all know how infrequently that happens...
This Starbucks has been out of cinnamon dulce for weeks. When will it come back??? Very unhappy

Wife and I were getting ready to hit the road for a long trip and I wanted something to drink. I used the mobile ap to order a decaf Mocha Frappacino. Done in a jiffy and tasted just right.
There were three cars ahead of me in the drive-through and it took over 20 minutes to get one drink. When I got to the window I have been getting the same drink for over eight years and it was completely not the correct drink. It was so light I didn’t even look like it had coffee in it. When I mentioned it to the girl that my iced Americano doesn’t even look like it has coffee in it she says that she can just add another shot
