This is probably the worst location I have been to. They close their cafe randomly mid day, they give you half full drinks and they have the slowest wait times in the drive thru. It’s being run by kids that are disrespectful and honestly do not care. Sad because it’s a great location. Won’t be going back, will drive out of my way to another location going forward.

I’d give this location zero stars if it were possible. All the employees are immature inconsiderate kids. I pulled up to the drive through at 8:02 pm. There were cars in front of me. I assumed the location closed at 10 as the one I usually go to does. No one said anything through the speaker. Not even a courteous “I’m sorry we’re closed”. I proceeded to pull forward behind the other cars. They paid and got their drinks. When I pulled up to the window, I sat there patiently as the young blonde employee clearly saw me but ignored the fact that I was there. I then proceeded to wave my hand and still, ZERO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. I then honked my horn because at this point they are just being extremely rude. All I wanted was someone to acknowledge me and actually tell me the store was closed. They could clearly see me and hear me. I’m appalled by their behavior. I’ve only known Starbucks employees to be extremely kind and communicative. This location should be embarrassed for who they hired to represent their company. They make the Starbucks brand look classless and cheap. They all need to learn a thing or two about customer service. I don’t plan on supporting this location ever again.

Visited twice and the orders were wrong each time. I will say they seem to be a really busy Starbucks, but it's not like we had complicated orders in any way.

Ordered egg bites and chocolate cream cold brew from Uber eats since my car is in the shop and coffee tastes gross and nothing like the other Starbucks I’ve had. Uber won’t give me a refund so here I am, stuck with this nasty $10 drink.

Customer service need improvement. I asked for a coffee with simple syrup. They didn’t understand what I meant and started asking if I wanted cinnamon in my coffee. After getting my coffee with your classic syrup, I went to add my creamer but nothing at the bar. I went to get creamer and wasn’t looked at until I spoke up. I guess all customers are supposed to know we aren’t allowed to make our own coffees anymore. I’ll take my business to a local coffee shop before ever stepping foot in a Starbucks. I can understand that they were busy but don’t make your customer feel out of the way for ordering something from you.

Yesterday on my way to work I stopped by this Starbucks. I was late and feeling a little under the weather. Happy to say I received the best service ever. My mobile order was for another store without question the barista looked at my phone and duplicated my order. She went above and beyond to help.

Cashier name Emily worst customer service bad attitude and rude , don’t know how to talk to people. Needs training in customer service. The store is more focused on drive thru orders and more make other customers wait in line in store.

DISAPOINTING! After being served a poorly made iced coffee with way too much cream (nearly white) I was told that I was wrong and had the coffee snatched back from me. After requesting a refund and telling the manager I was not even offered an apology. Never will I or my company order from here again. Rep was Katrina and manager Dani. Sorry excuses for employees or representatives of this franchise.

Love their matcha green tea. I just wish sometimes they would read my order correctly. U ask for light ice and get a whole cup of ice often. I also add extra matcha that I charge for and there's been times I haven't gotten it. Otherwise I'm satisfied

This location has always been terrible since I moved back to Clearwater a couple of years ago. They are often closed with no explanation, have been out of almost all flavors except vanilla for months, and always out of breakfast sandwiches. They are never accommodating like other Starbucks I’ve been to over the years (i.e, if out of something they give you a coupon for a free drink or something of the sort). Today we pulled up and the girl was standing out at the drive thru at noon on Saturday telling cars they are closed. They never have the same staff...I mean, what is going on here...sheesh
