I’ve been going here for years but my past two visits have been bad. Recently when I’ve gone the staff working is a female wearing a beanie and a male with orange hair. It’s usually not busy but the female takes all the orders and makes all the drinks, I usually have to wait till every order and every drink is made until I have to remind her that I also ordered food, which they should have given me while I was at the register. Also the other male working, with the orange hair doesn’t help at all, he either is sweeping and cleaning while there’s all these customers needing to be helped, or he makes himself a drink and then goes to some back room. It seems like they weren’t trained well and don’t know how to serve people in order or work together.
This location has the kindest baristas who get to know you on a first name basis. The drinks always taste great and are consistent. I ran into an issue with finding a sugar packet at the bottom of my drink and the manager Jesse made things right. I will always choose this Starbucks for my coffee!
Ordered my coffee. Comes up under a different name. "OH I'm sorry..I heard Blake" .Well, I don't want Blake's coffee. If they got the name wrong they could have gotten the coffee wrong. So, I stood there for a minute while everyone stared at me. So I asked for my money back. He started to get that wrong. I had to correct him. Then I said I just wanted coffee..you didn't even offer to remake it. (Crickets). First impressions are important. When the business screws up..it becomes my last impression.
Was great! Loved the iced coffee, Expresso and almond milk!
The store had ample space & a nice patio section outside. There's so many choices you'll have to take an extra minute to maybe try a new one. Staff were very attentive & knowledgeable. The store was very clean. Med - High Priced products. Excellent portions.
Asked for an OAT MILK shaken espresso and I was given a regular shaken espresso with 2% milk. I am lactose intolerant :)
I'd give them 5 stars but they just mixed up my order with someone elses. A homeless guy wondered in and sat down and nobody said anything. I'm not sure if that's a good idea with Covid and all but he left after everyone ignored him. They did give me a free drink, so they still get 4 stars.
The baristas are wonderful I am disabled and they always help me to my car. Today I tried the Pistachio Latte is was so good ?
Line moves fast, on a Sunday, easy in and out. Parking is a bit tight!
Friendly staff and quick, efficient service. Excellent neighborhood Starbucks!
