I stop at this Starbucks frequently and it is hit or miss. Younger man is always friendly with great customer service, older woman is very unfriendly and always appears to hate her life. They can't seem to get drink orders right, even their standard popular drinks. If you get a regular coffee you should be okay but I won't stop in here anymore as lately drink orders have been incorrect.
Poor customer service. I have never seen this anywhere else where you have to ask for sugar for your tea or else you are left with a tea bag in a water cup. Good that I don’t have to ask for the water too!!!! And when I said something they made it sound like it’s my fault for not asking. Rude !!!

The coffee and other items are the same quality as found at most Starbucks.What makes this Starbucks standout is the two employees complaining to each othet about their work schedule and how if scheduled to work a shift alone, they will walkout.Most people have some job related stress yet DO NOT COMPLAIN ABOUT IT IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS!If you dislike the job, the hours, working a shift alone, quit. Everyone will be happier.You will not have to work a shift alone and we will not have to listen to you complain.
The best staff work here and it's a very convenient location for anyone visiting the hospital! I work in the hospital myself, so it is very useful that the hours are longer than other locations. I would like to advise people visiting though, that especially during these times due to the pandemic, nobody can simply walk into the hospital and visit this Starbucks...Just a warning to anyone who is wondering if it is still open to the public, the answer is no, only to people who have reasons to be in the hospital; visiting, patient, etc.
