Located between Dillard's and the ice rink yesterday. It was easy to find. There were three ladies working and they were all smiley and jolly. Not sure of their names but they did make me want to come back, if I lived nearby!

The drink wasnt the best, and they were very busy. 4 people on and still backed up. Honestly they need more space lol. But the employees were very nice. Been coming to this starbucks location for like a decade now.

Got my fave! Strawberry acai water. My very expensive Strawberry water.
Easily the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Staff is slow and incompetent. The person calling out the finished drinks is like a time mouse and nobody can hear her. If this wasn't the only one in the middle of a mall this location would be shut down.
Great coffee and service wish they had splenda.
