So today I go to Starbucks and order my normal Caramel Latte with no foam. I get to the window and remind the gentleman that I want no foam because it sticks to the back of my throat. He tells the preparation team my request. I pay the ever increasing price even though the prices for the same Venti hot latte is never the same when I go to the particular location. I get to my my work and open my cup to check as normal and my cup has foam galore in it. I should have to scrape foam from my cup after I request NO FOAM. I will not be going back to this location after 10 mess up! I am done done done
I really do love going to this Starbucks location. It is located in a very convenient spot on Ulmerton Rd. with clean and shaded outdoor seating. The staff is exceptionally friendly and professional and the service is always prompt, with no long waiting time. Yes, some of the items are ridiculously pricey but if it's a once in a while treat then it's not too bad. The stellar service trumps all. Thank you!
Firrst of all if you do not have ingredients don't allow someone to place the order ON THE APP any other time I have ordered from Starbucks mobile app it will let me know when I checkout if it's available OR NOT smfh...WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! NO SF VANILLA SYRUP,REG V SYRUP, CARAMEL SYRUP ALMOND MILK,OATMILK..You might as well not be open!

I never thought I would rate a Starbucks but this place exceeded my expectations! The people working are super nice and friendly, they know most of their regulars names and make this place so personal and not just a chain owned coffee shop. A++

I got a Venti White Chocolate Peppermint Mocha over ice. It was supposed to have chocolate shavings on the whipped cream that topped off the beverage. They didn't have any chocolate so they used pink sugar sprinkles. It was pretty early in the day to be out of the chocolate curls. Also I don't think there was any peppermint in this beverage. I sure didn't detect even a hint of it. Don't get me wrong. The drink was ridiculously tasty just not what I ordered. Let's face it. This establishment is expensive. They charge dearly for everything they sell so there is absolutely no excuse for lacking any ingredient offered on their menu. It was lunch time so I find it hard to believe they ran out in just a few hours. Disappointing because I only treat myself occasionally because they're so expensive.
