It's a hidden wonderful coffee spot. I think some better outside design maybe mural/artwork to make the area more inviting. Pet friendly, gluten-free products, and great lattes!
This place is really special, with delicious breakfasts, muffins and cookies, a large variety of coffee, everything is amazing. And lots of gluten free options! On top of that this place has the most friendly personnel that gave us the complete experience of excellent service, perfect food and nice music ambiance. Highly recommend!
Absolutely adorable, delicious and great customer service. Their chicken empanada, and OJ cranberry muffin we’re mouth watering. I had a Carmel lavender macchiato drink, with a lavender cookie .

Awesome coffee spot, everyone there was friendly. Coffee was great, tried a muffin and beef empanada and both were tasty. Became my morning stop while on vacation.
Manager was absolutely the rudest person I've encountered this year. My order was incorrect and when I asked for a new one, the manager called me a fata**.
I love Southie! Their coffee is amazing and keeps me going for my long days at work. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I love their beef empanadas and the breakfast burritos. I continue to support Southie as they are a small business and the owners are locals.
The place is so beautiful and cozy! the food is fresh and made to order. The coffee is probably the best i have ever tasted in the area. The burrito and empanadas for a quick bite are great! They have a second location in seminole which i frequent often. overall great owner, baristas and atmosphere.
