The service was prompt and pleasant. The food was hot and the red beans and rice great. The chicken breast nuggets were not overly fresh but they were not dry at least, BUT.. they had no napkins, eating chicken with my hands and not having a single napkin? You've got to be kidding me. I ate with my right hand to keep my left clean to get into my car for a wet wipe after eating.
This store is ridiculous. Extremely slow at taking orders. The DT line was long, but it’s because they would take one order, then not help the next car for 3-4 minutes. Finally ordered, got my food, and went home. I didn’t get a receipt and my order was wrong. Since I was busy with work, I sent a message online. The online team has been responsive and promised to have store management call me several times. After two weeks, still haven’t heard a peep from anyone at this store. Skip this place. Possibly the worst customer service in Pinellas County.
I went through the drive thru and the worker had me pull into a parking spot to wait for my food which they said would take 6 minutes. After waiting in the parking spot for nearly 25 minutes and realizing other people were being helped, I had to go inside and remind them of my order. I realized once I got back into my car that some items were missing but I didn’t feel like waiting another 20 minutes. The food is good but service is not worth it.
Waited in a line with 3 cars ahead of me, I get to the speaker only to hear hold on a minute. I waited for just a few minutes, I ordered a Classic Chicken Sandwich......I was then told we don't have any Chicken sandwiches at this time????? Seriously? How can a business that sells chicken not have chicken available AT LUNCH TIME?I don't normally take time to leave poor feedback I usually just deal with it but REALLY?Good bye Popeyes....I won't be back until you hire a manager that knows how to run the place!
The best Popeyes experience I’ve ever had! I was talked to very nicely and seemed enthusiastic about his job. I will never go back to any other Popeyes besides this one ever again. P.s. food was amazing
WARNING! PLEASE READ: This is an extremely Ghetto Popeyes location. Avoid this location!! A black female cashier was apparently having a ''bad day'' and starting being very rude to me, yelling loudly and started calling me racial slurs. Of course I asked for a refund and was refused my money. I called the corporate office and nothing was done. I didn't get the food I paid for, and I was robbed of my money on a $20 order. I received no return phone call from corporate, the manager or franchise owner. I will never spend money with this company again, ever. This Popeyes location in Clearwater, FL needs to be shut down.
Would give 5 stars if just getting their chicken sandwich, which is always moist. Had a T-mobile Tuesday coupon, can only offer when you order to ask that they pick chicken not over cooked. The chicken breast was over cooked, soft of well done and meat was not moist at all inside, which made it less desirable when eating it. Still like their chicken sandwich more then Chick-Fil-A (though it too is good).
I ate here yesterday and I must say that the management was top-notch. They were very punctual and just overall customer serving. I will be back here many times over
Well I gave you guys 5 stars because I went in there yesterday I had worked all night and my phone was going dead because I usually use Apple Pay so when it was time to pay for my order My phone went dead employee gave me a charger! ☺️It look a minute to charge so they considered I wait on the fresh batch of chicken ? that was so nice because they could’ve gave me the chicken that was sitting up there by the time the chicken was done my phone was still dead they gave me my order for FREE and I seen a homeless man come in there with two dollars asking what he can get they gave him free food as well ☺️& told him keep his money ? that will get you guys a long way common courtesy… I’ll be back Thanks and for the people saying the employees have attitudes don’t go in there with a attitude maybe you’ll get better service !
This review isn’t regarding the food but the attitudes of the employees and the wait time. I went into this location about two weeks ago and waited for 20+ minutes for an order of fries. I ordered just fries and it took that long. I was in there initially waiting for someone to take my order for about 10 minutes. 30+ minutes just for fries… The manager who wears a pair of glasses is chill and all but everybody else just doesn’t want to be there and you can tell. They have headphones in, phones out, and don’t seem interested in working there at all. I get it, it’s a fast food job, but the energy / vibe you bring into your work place can affect a lot, including your customers. Get right because these 1 out of 5 reviews on Google for this location are getting out of hand. Something needs to be changed.
