First time today eating here after living a few mins away. If you want a authentic cheesesteak try one from here. It was an actual CHEESESTEAK not a steak hoagie or sub. Simple and delicious.I’m from Pennsylvania and it took me back home! Onions were caramelized wonderfully, meat was tender, the cheese was nice and melted and the soft warm roll! *chefs kiss* I only had the cheesesteak and fries(which were good to me! typical fries that you would get out of a cheesesteak shop) but I’ll be back to try more!I used the drive thru, the wait was fine to me. I’ve read negative reviews but I’m sure that they are a reflection of the person writing the review. Use common sense if you choose to go during a busy hour or choose delivery, have some patience.The associate who took my order was kind and pleasant. I’ll definitely be back!

Normally they answer the phone and are very quick to get an order filled. This time I spent 15 minutes on hold which was long enough for my wife to order from Westshore Pizza online. My order with them was complete by the time the employee actually picked up the phone. I waited long enough to tell them that they lost my business for this transaction. This was the only time I have had a bad experience with them. Aside from them actually giving me quarters of tomatoes in my sandwich. Someone there needs to learn how to cut vegetables. Other than that the food is absolutely amazing the staff are great and just probably got overwhelmed tonight. I will order from you guys again.
We just spent $57. And the mushrooms was cold the calzone was coldThe best was wings and tater skinsWhile the gentleman man with me may have said it was goodIt was good however the calzone ricotta cheese should not have been cold. After sending back the cold mushrooms he decided he can take the cold calzone home and put in the air fryer to get to the correct temperatureLike I stated the chicken was good the potatoe skins was good EVERYTHING ELSE WAS NOTSTILL DISAPPOINTEDREGARDLESS OF HOW YA SPIN ITDISAPPOINTED
Absolutely amazing, if you haven't tried it you're missing out. The food and people are great, the atmosphere was old school philly shop. It wont let me give 10 stars or i would. 5 of 5 for me.

What a shame. I went for a to go order usually in and out. Tonight. OUCH 25 mins of waiting. Finally got a hot sub. Wait it was COLD. mind you I go to the restaurant often and usually a GREAT EXPERIENCE... tonight. This restaurant lost a customer. IF YOU GO HERE BE PREPARED FOR YOUNG STAFF BUSY ON CELL PHONES. AND NOT TAKING CARE OF CUSTOMERS.ITS A SHAME.

Great Stk & Cheese sandwich, but french fries were hard as a rock, so over cooked impossible to eat so don't order the fries. Been going there since it was opened & before. They've never had good fries since the early 2000's. Can't speak to anything else on menu anymore just do stk & ches.
I have been eating here for many years. At first the food and service were very good, but that has declined tremendously now. We ordered food yesterday for the football games. The Philly cheesesteak looked like the meat was days old. They used to have good cherry pepper relish what I got last night was mostly Jalapenos. My wife's boneless wings were stone cold when they arrived. A customer for many years, but lost one now...I cannot respond to the owners response so I will edit this review. The menu clearly states that one of the toppings for pizzas is hot cherry peppers. Check your own menu! Every time I have ever been inside the restaurant and ordered a philly cheesesteak I was asked if I wanted them to put hot cherry peppers on my sandwich and I always responded YES. Over time when ordering on the phone they called it cherry pepper relish.I like how you did not comment on the low quality of the food or the COLD wings we received. I KNOW what I am talking about and you really have lost a customer now.
