My girlfriend ordered me a pizza for my birthday Papa John employee said her card couldn't be accepted because the zip code wasn't matching. She paid cash and tipped the driver $8 which he was rude about. Papa John's charged her account for the same pizza she paid cash for. We called the store we ordered from and spoke with manger, Johnny, who would not fix issue. So I pursued my complaint to Papa John's customer care and the woman was dishonest saying she investigated and seen there wasn't a charge to the card which was incorrect. Later in call she said she only seen it was paid with cash. We are going to pursue this as much as possible because it is not cool for a business to abuse people's debit card accounts. All we asked for was the second pizza she paid for. This is terrible business and I do not recommend anyone trust this establishment. Thumbs down!
Whoever was on the phone around 11:00pm tonight obviously hates his job. Took 15min to order a pizza because he couldn’t understand anything I was saying. Had a attitude the whole time. I Asked if he had Dr Pepper 2 liter and all he kept saying was what else instead of saying yes he has it. Then keep yelling through the phone and when we told him to stop being rude he hung up the phone. Completely disrespectful and I’d have someone that has basic customer service skills take phone calls from now on. Unprofessional from the moment he answered the phone.
I ordered pizza from that location for my bf birthday was trying paying with my debit card and being told that my zip code is not matching so I proceed to pay in cash , then found out later that my debit card was charge as well.We called that location and talk with Johnny the manger which he was no help , then we called the customer care and they told us we need to call our bank and fix it which is not right , we spend enough time and energy for pizza .I don’t recommend to use them .
We ordered a large double pepperoni with 1/2 mushrooms. A large pizza is 14". The pizza the was delivered ($16.99+5.25 delivery fee + tip) was a 10" pizza with normal pepperoni & 10 tiny little pieces of mushrooms. If that wasn't bad enough!, only 3/4 had sauce on it!! NO, I would not recommend This Papa Johns!
Always have my order correct. Even know me by name. I only gave it. 4star because there is a couple rude employees
I ordered a pizza a half an hour before they close. They not only refused to make my order but also cancelled my order before contacting me. When i worked there less then 6 months ago. We took orders up until 11:59pm With one or two drivers. So for them to refuse service like this is ridiculous. Especially when i used to work there. HORRIBLE
I asked if they could make the pizza fresh and instead got one that was made hrs ago and it was cold. The service on the phone wasn’t great either. They ended the call with a hang up when I finished ordering and when the delivery guy couldn’t find my place. They delivered the pizza within 20 min when usually it takes 35-40 min and I knew the pizza wasn’t going to be fresh when I asked for it to be fresh. Literally $23 down the drain. Pizza was disgusting! I tried to reheat it in my toaster and still gross and dried up tomato sauce on it towards the crust.
My 75 year old Mother just tried to call to order on speaker phone with me in the car. The Employee who answered the phone was as rude as he could be... To the point where my Family and I will take our business elsewhere.To anyone who may care that this happened, here is the info for the time I called03/12/20223:46pmYour boy is gonna lose you guys a whole lot business
I've had excellent service whenever I've come here. Pizzas come out quickly and employees have always treated me well.
Never order from them,the food is way below sub par, asking for a crispy doesn't mean burnt.Also notice my naked wings covered in sauce
