Nice clean restaurant. Staff was nice. Got our orders right (not guaranteed with this chain)Would be 5 stars except for the men's room. I'm the only male customer in the place for a half hour. I visit the men's room on the way out and see it looks like it hasn't been tended to in awhile.
Alexis’s customer service was so outstanding that I felt moved to write a review. She was very friendly and sincere in effort to make my visit pleasant. This was hands down the most impressive customer experience I have received. I hope she is recognized by management for this and she should be used in a commercial for Panera because she exemplifies what the Panera experience should be about.
Order lunch from here on a regular basis and never had any issues. Always accurate and yummy.
We love Panera, but Kailyn at this location was exceptionally kind. She had a very soothing presence in drive through and fantastic customer support at the window. Thank you Kailyn!!!
The cafe its self is great. Everyone is nice and food is hot. Do not order delivery though, they use door dash and they are horrible. They take 25 minutes longer and do not use contact less delievery as noted because they are lazy and will not get out of their car. My food was cold to lukewarm due to this.
Absolutely wonderful staff and manager. I witnessed the manager deal with an extremely rude and aggressive customer today who felt the need to get in her face and she handled the situation very calmly and gracefully.
Very nice, calm and quiet family restaurant. The food is also good and affordable. For 2 of us we paid about $30. Staff were nice and friendly, overall a very pleasant experience.
Struggle a bit to navigate the ordering screenIt took 3 nurses working together to place the order, use a gift card, and pay the difference. Good food and drink options for good price.
People nice, pastries good. Drive thru needs a waiting area for lengthy orders because someone took over 15 minutes and tied up the line resulting us getting not very hot coffee. Again, pastries really good.
When ordering an iced caramel latte asked the girl to pour the espresso into the milk rather then just over the ice into the cup because I didn't want the hot espresso hitting the plastic. Basically she refused and told me she has been working there for years and knows what she is doing and she was pretty snotty about it. So much for trying to honor a simple request. No probs.
