The sandwiches are delicious! I can’t believe how good they were, we were pleasantly surprised. I have not tried the soup yet because I’m still full from eating 3/4 of the sandwich. However I’m sure the soup is equally as delightful.
On the 17th of Feb. my daughter and granddaughter and myself ate at Newks in Gainesville, Fl.It was great, so clean everywhere you looked the food was delicious and the staff very friendly.I talked about it so much to my husband that today on the 18th of Feb. we went to theClearwater, Fl. Newks and it was awful!!It was dirty, the staff were just standing around and making people wait. The ice machine was broken, the tables were not clean and neither was the staff. I was so surprised after eating at the Gainesville location and very let down.In Gainesville they had wonderful baked Mac and cheese in an individual baking dish nice and hot, everything was clean, the food was hot and the staff great and gave us regular knives and forks to eat with and the Clearwater one gave us plastic.The Mac and cheese was served in a paper to go cup and wasn’t warm enough to melt the cheese.!!!Needless to say we will never return and would encourage everyone in Pinellas County to never go there.Thank you!
Pizza was previously frozen so the bottom of the crust was wet and the ingredients kept falling off. Taste like stadium food. Staff was friendly.
The place is dead...they give you plastic forks. The portions have been greatly reduced when ordering any salad.Place used to be great but I can never go back
Wonderful customer service I would definitely recommend coming to the newks eatery on gulf da bay there food is always freshly made . There very clean and polite.. the staff members are always on point with everything they honestly look like they enjoy working there GREAT WORK

Love coming to newks and seeing how great the staff work together to try making it an outstanding place to eat..looking for a quick bite or somewhere to relax this is the spot !!
Mediocre at best! Young female answers the phone, as if she just woke up. Could hardly hear her, didn’t make me feel welcomed; trying to rush me off phone! Then the food arrives (had it delivered). Had shrimp salad, they were very small and had a slimy grey appearance 5 or no more than 6 total, way overpriced for those on greens $12 plus, then I had a “side” of Mac and cheese it was like $6, and it was the size of a condiment cup with one ice cream scoop of a again a mediocre tasting edible side that supposedly was one their special items! Overpriced and mediocre taste, quality! There’s plenty of other places on Gulf to Bay to patronize!
0 stars is a better rating for this trash heap of an establishment. 0/4 times for our order correct, and after the last experience of getting my food nearly 30 minutes late (yup wrong & undercooked)… I’m done with this place. For the sake of your mental & digestive health, I suggest you do the same.
