I work at a local hospital and stop in the morning for coffee. It was 5:39 when I pulled into the drive-thru and I waited 10 minutes with no response. They open at 5am. I pulled around and tried knocking on the door. I could see someone inside working and this person just ignored me and others trying to order in the drive thru. If you’re not going to be open during posted hours, why even post hours? Guess I’ll be going to Starbucks for my morning coffee instead.
I’ve not had a hamburger at McDonalds in forever. Just made that mistake. I’m not sure how this place survives.Their systems suck. I went inside to order. Gave up on the kiosk. Cannot figure it out. Waited at the empty register for 5-minutes. By myself.Kid finally took my order. I waited another 6/7-minutes for fries and a Big Mac. The inside was dead. All their focus is on the drive through.The Coke was flat. Something I’ve never had happen at McDonalds. The fries and Big Mac were lukewarm. That’s being generous.Everyone wants to blame today’s poor performance on the pandemic, or inflation, or global warming, et. al. Sorry, this is poor management. From the corp executive suite, right on down to the workers.
As we're completing our order in the lobby self serve machine at 8:30pm and a man comes behind us and says the lobby is closed. We nodded ok and then as we complete the order the "manager" Fernando tells us we have to leave and order via the drive through because they were closing the lobby. I ask to make our orders to go to avoid waiting in drive through when we were already inside and he stated "no you have to leave cause I'm the manager and I said so". I truly hope this unprofessional and inconsiderate young person was not really the manager, because he sure was surprised when I ask if he truly was the manager. We obviously ended up going elsewhere due to the principle of the situation and his rudeness.
One star is too many! Tried to call the 800 number posted on the door and it's disconnected. Let's begin with management. Weekday shift female manager is the stuff nightmares are made of.She is very very rude and hates people LOL I got this from watching her treat other customers. Had nothing to do with me. Now let's talk about me. Went inside at 1:30 pm last Wednesday and it took them 40 minutes to serve me a cheeseburger and french fries. This is not an exaggeration. When I complained she told me I should have gone through the drive-thru. Are you kidding me? This is the worst McDonald's on planet earth. Do not waste your time or hard earned money here. They do not care about you and probably spit on the food for fun.
I went through the drive thru, ordered a large chocolate shake and that was it. The line went fast.. They seemed very organized.. Once I got to the first window there I was greeted with extremely Happy lady. She is just the kind that makes everyone smile. I thanked her & movie >
Ordered a big breakfast and medium coffee. $9.79 for this junk. Food was cold. I asked for another syrup and was told they'd charch me. I only brought a 10 dollar bill.with me and didn't have the .25 to buy Xtra syrup. They told me they'd refund my breakfast.
Cold nuggets and cold fries at 10:31. How is that even possible? 1 minute into lunch and you have cold food.... Not very good with customer service either. They sure were quick to take my money and order.
the wait is so long for your food, we waited 10 minutes for a mcflurry and milkshake. the service is terrible, they gave us barely any napkins, they didn’t give us any of the sauce we requested either. i’m also thinking they arr VERY understaffed. i loved this mcdonald’s since this is close to where i live, but i won’t be expecting much from them anymore. i suggest to go to another mcdonald’s. even though all of those bad reviews, this place still has nice employees and is clean.
Order taker was rude, curt and nasty. She can't hear so she yells at you. Unacceptable if you ask us. We've stewed over this for awhile and we're sorry we didn't consult with the manager when this happened but we're sending in a review now because another friend of ours just experienced the same woman and her nastiness. Apparently management doesn't care because she's still there, probably because they can't get workers so they put up with her bs. Hope ya'll have a better experience then we did. Never before have I or any of us ever had this happen at "any" drive-thru's. Wow!!
Service was good, food was hot, and everything was in the bag. Only problem was that my husband ordered the Crunchy McDouble - and we were surprised to find out that it’s not put together (at least that’s what he was told)- he got a McDouble and a 6 piece chicken nugget’s. Not How McDonald’s is advertising it at all!
