I feel so sorry for this location they don't allow drive through as a mobile pick up option... Yes you order ahead and park or walk inNot the worst. Although if I was walking a dollar soda across the parking lot 10 times *in 100 ° weather???*** Probably less convenient. Thank you ?
Typical McDonald's experience. Incompetence and disorganization run Supreme with this company. It's truly shocking with the absolute abysmal culture of customer service they have built, that they are still in business. Can't actually comment on the food because we left the drive thru after waiting over 15 minutes with only 1 car in front of us
Have been sitting in the drive through for over 10 minutes with the staff inside talking loud, laughing it's 12.21am and not one person came to the window as it's wide open
I went into the McDonald's on Gulf to Bay at 7:00 tonight 6/29/22 to have a burger inside. No one would acknowledge that I was at the counter. There was a girl with giant eye lashes that kept giving me dirty looks. After waiting and being ignored and given the evil eye I left and went to Burger King. The one on Gulf to Bay in Clearwater is one of the better burger king's. Quick service and very clean.
My order perfectly said no scrambled cuz I don’t like the fact to see it.
6/9/22 - Went for a quick lunch and the service was great. Place a special order of a double quarter pounder with cheese and lettuce but made as a Big Mac. It was fantastic and double quarter pound Big Mac should be a regular menu item!
We were craving some McDonald’s breakfast so we decided to swing by this McDonald’s. We get to the drive through and they aren’t serving breakfast anymore! At 10:45!! What the heck?? What happened to all day breakfast? Not to mention the lady was super confusing on the drive through. I won’t be coming back nor eating McDonald’s for a while. Shame.
Don’t give this business your money. The owners and management don’t care about the customers. They also randomly decide to close or not take orders when they want, even though it’s a 24 hour place. Terrible and over priced. Cheaper to eat at a restaurant.
