Last time I went the lady taking my order was very rude. I explained what I wanted literally a hamburger only mustard and onions. She didn't understand so I kept explaining what I didn't want. Then she let out a annoyed sigh and said I need to stop telling her what I don't want and need to tell her what I do want, which I told her is what I said in the first place. Then when I got to the window a guy was there to take my payment I assumed she didn't want to deal with me and he was nasty to me because I didn't tell them I had a barcode coupon at the order box. Everytime I come they tell me just tell us at the window so when I do they get nasty that I did. I wasn't rude, never yelled or raised my voice. Maybe they just had a bad day but there is no need to be rude to someone when they told you what they wanted in the first place.
Spicy chicken sandwich was old and cold my nuggets where cold at least I had hot fries to go with all my cold old food, it's usually good but I guess you have to keep old food to cut food cost I know I work at Wendy's at least we get rid old dried chicken.
Don’t give this business your money. The owners and management don’t care about the customers. They also randomly decide to close or not take orders when they want, even though it’s a 24 hour place. Terrible and over priced. Cheaper to eat at a restaurant.

Every time I come here they skimp me on the fries. You work for a multi billion dollar corporation. If someone orders a medium, give them what they paid for. My medium seems to always be a small at this location. It is very annoying
Orders wrong after getting home and the employees could care less about you. They’re together busy chatting with their other coworkers. What to expect from the McDonald’s around here. Better off having robots.
Had no issues at all Dined inside.was clean and quiet.our order was even correct....staff was very friendly as well.
I live very close and go a few times a month and every time I go my order is ALWAYS WRONG AND COLD. I never get exactly what I order ever no matter what time of day it is. I don’t understand how you can as for at least $15/hr and can’t get a cheeseburger right.
Repeated our order to the guy multiple times and we ask to make our order PLAIN and the guy laughs and says yes after we asked a SECOND time but yet here we are wasted money because McDonald's can't hire any employee that either understands English or has any sort of brainpower. How hard is it to LISTEN and CORRECTLY press buttons...YOURE ORESSING BUTTONS! I could have gone inside and used the self kiosk at least it's not stupid. It feels like they hire bad workers JUST SO we all go to self serve faster.
