Again no smoothie machine. 7:30 am told cleaning. Come back at noon. Came back at 2:00pm. Still no smoothie machine. I quit!!
Although the workers were friendly and quick getting our drinks for us, their milkshake machine was broken and my husband was looking forward to getting a shake or a smoothie. I hope their machine was fixed quickly, as the weather is so hot now! I'll stick with my diet coke thanks!?
This is by far one of the worst locations. The drive-thru attended has an instant attitude for no reason no matter how nice you are. Literally everything about my order was wrong and I asked for nothing special. Worst part is the fries were so undercooked, grease was dripping down my fingers when I picked them up. I won't bother bringing it in and asking for a replacement or my money back because they'll treat you like you're a criminal . So the best thing to do is toss it in the trash where it belongs, then go home and cook myself something to eat like I should have in the first place.
Come on guys… really? We order two chicken nugget happy meals for two kiddos and bring them home to eat only to open them up and find French fries, apple slices and a toy but no chicken nuggets in either happy meal. Is it really that hard?
10 pm closed. This has happened several times they do not close at 10. Looks like the night crew doesnt like to work. Corp needs to know about this. The lights are on drive thru works. Several times ive been here close to 10 pm and they shut for the night
The workers are so happy to be there! You can tell by the way the guy greeted me “can I help you” ever so rudely as the other worker guy passed by me without saying excuse me and almost stepped on my foot haven’t I moved it. Dudes if you don’t want to be there go home.
Really disappointed when I placed order on the mobile app only for the drive thru person to tell you " we don't have any food."At first I thought it was closed because all the lights were off, but there were employees walking around. So it wasn't closed because I was able to place my order and this says it's 24 hours, but out of food? Come on!
People are pretty rude here and move wayyy too fast. Once had a guy tell me to get all my condiments and cups myself (they were all behind the counter). Recently had a girl move so fast she tried to finish the order before i was done ordering. She asked me if i wanted anything else, all i got to say was “yes, can i-“ and she just closed it before i could finish. Then yelled at me and my mother for trying to add the rest if what we wanted lol, just weirdos.
Probably one of the best McDonalds i've been too. The staff have been the same for years, which is a good sign of a well ran business. Food is always tasty and fresh.
Maybe the worst location in Pinellas county. Worst in Clearwater for sure. Employees turn off the lights when night falls to deter people from stopping. Anytime that I’ve stopped there they are out of multiple items. Not just ice cream. Will never go back
