Husband did app order.. but because his phone wasn't with me when I went to pick it up, couldn't do order. Had to go inside to redo it..a little disappointed it cost $3.00 more.. they said did was good..
Was completely ignored for 10 minutes until I actually had to say can I have help. They seen me just standing there and did nothing. Then when someone was told to help me they made out a huge grunt. And was rude and unprofessional . I have deleted the ap and am done with McDonalds if that's the way they treat you . Absolute joke
This McDonald's needs to extend their awning over drive-thru this is absolutely ridiculous
Absolutely disgusting place, never caught her name tag but she was some crazy black coworker who was absolutely rude and coughed up an attitude. Snapped at me for ordering something. Snatched my debit card whenever I was trying to pay. Disgusting and absolutely rude. Why work there if you’re going to treat your customers with disrespect??
McDonald's is always a good place to get fast food. The fries of course are great and I love just the simple cheeseburger.
Ordered an iced vanilla latte. Usually very good. This time they made me a hot one (the sticker even said iced) and then when I told them, they just poured it over ice. It was really gross.
I walked up to the counter and I guess the lady who was standing at that register was taking drive-thru orders. I was very unaware of that and she wouldn't even look up at me and tell me "I'm sorry you're going to have to go to the next register." She just ignored me and then when the next worker walked up she helped the person behind me first then asked if anyone ordered on the kiosk.
Ask for unsweetened tea get sweet, ask for large get med. Ask for spicy nuggets get regular... Why are there so many McDonald's? I don't go very often and when I do I really just want the fries so when they screw up the entire order I just make sure my fries are there.
There’s an older lady that works at night named Stretch and she is such a delight to deal with. She runs the drive thru and she always ask about the mobile app and helps you if you don’t have it. Super sweet. Fast service.
This is terrible service. We wanted to use coupons. We were sent to pay at the terminal and did not take coupons. It was not fair. I won't go here again. This was not the case with other chain restaurants. I am disappointed with Mac Donald's.
