great place . we got things we could not fine any where else
fresh meats, produce, pastries. Prepared meals. Great staff.
Great service! Friendly. Unique.
GREAT Italian Market Internet Café. Mini version of Original Location on 22nd Ave in St Petersburg. Best coffee in airport and good limited selection of breakfast and lunch sandwiches with RTE (ready to eat) cold items to grab and go. Good place to wait for your flight in Airside B Concours. If you haven't visited the Parent Italian Market for this offspring, make sure to check it out, Best Italian Market in Tampa Bay!
Prob the worst overpriced breakfast sandwich possible and they don't have half and half for the bad coffee
So growing up in the NJ/NY area all my life you have places like this all over but you don’t appreciate it until you move to Tennessee like we did 3 years ago and you can’t find any good Italian food or pizza. We were visiting the area with my mom who lives in Florida and stopped in for lunch before we left the area. Wow…it felt like home…Jersey that is!!!! Everything was so good!!! We got a meatball parm sub, chicken parmigiana sub, Turkey and provolone sub, potato knish, and lots of desserts including a cannoli that was amazing!!! Everything was so delicious!!!! We were in Italian heaven. So good!!!! Highly recommend.
I luv this place. Such a unique experience. Fresh foods. Fresh prepared foods. Great wine and Awesome cheese selections! Crowded most of the time. Select your own proportions. Bring your patience. This isn’t Wal-Mart!! You just don’t run in and dash out! Take time for a pastry and an expresso at the counter. Very busy but also relaxing!!
I have visited Mazzaro’s many times and I get a dizzying feeling each time. This is an experience best described as amazing and awe inspiring. We take all our visitors here each year. Their meats are superior to any supermarket. The homemade ravioli and gnocchi are mouth watering. The breads are superb. The dry pasta are all imported and the best in the world. Don’t forget the other building. I now have a coveted braided bread basket. A truly unforgettable experience every time. (I am 100% Italian, so I may be just a bit prejudiced.)
Terrible customer service. There was an elderly woman in front of me who requested a receipt and the man at the register said, “Well I threw it away and I’m not digging in the trash”. His attitude and tone were awful. I tried to speak up for her and he said, “next” and basically dismissed me from ordering. Management would be appalled if they knew how he treated customers. Please retrain. Unacceptable. His name was Nick.
Talk about busy. We went early in the morning and the place was packed. No wonder, everything we bought was amazing. The pasta was the best. The cheese selection was awesome ( we tried a couple we never heard of before). The tiramisu is one of the best I have ever had and I order this at any restaurant that has it. The lobster —in the bakery section was out of this world. The filling was the best I’ve ever had. The cannoli was very good and fresh. They have a very nice wine section, too bad we were leaving in two days, otherwise we would have purchased some. A must stop for Italian food.
