Incredibly disappointed!NOT up to Pappas standards!Went Sunday at 1230 for lunch. We ate here last week and food was amazing so we came back and expected the same. Wrong! The girl at the register spoke so softly it was hard to hear her. We ordered chicken Souvlaki and Gyro and 2 order of Dolmathes. Chicken was bland no salt or seasoning whatsoever was dry rubbery no Greek seasoning. Didn't taste Greek they forgot our 2 orders of Dolmathes I jwaites 10 min and went to counter they said it takes 20 min for Dolmathes. NOoo I'm Greek and I have catered they are pre done and just need reheating they forgot. Dolmathes we're bland to much tomato which was overtaking the flavor of grape leaves. Also the avgolemeno was cold
Tried the Tuscan chicken sandwich again. Good flavor but chicken was way too dry.
I love this restaurant. The food is consistently good and the staff is wonderful and helpful. I wanted to send this message to personally thank Will for being such a gentleman and taking care of literally everyone that walked into the restaurant. When I walked in everyone was very busy and bustling around. I realized after watching how he treated every customer that he was a very special employee. He made me feel at home and he did this for everyone. It’s so hard to find quality food and genuine people who care about customer service. I was having a tough day and his kindness changed my day and brought tears to my eyes.
My husband and I went two days ago and I meant to right this then, however once I found myself wanting to go back again today, I knew this had to be written! Something has changed just recently at this store managers maybe? It’s cleaner, the food was amazing!!! You made the right moves there papa!!! Something is working!!! Can’t wait to go back
Small Greek salad fed 2 with some left over. Avgolemeno soup was wonderful. Friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere added to great experience.
Please explain why you served my son completely RAW chicken fingers tonight! I realize we came in at 7:40 (20 minutes before closing). Do you realize how dangerous and IRRESPONSIBLE that was. I found a completly raw chicken finger when we cut into the leftovers at home! DISGUSTING
This is my "go to" for ALWAYS Great Eats. I love taking visiting company here and they are always surprised and delighted! The other night we all dined on a wide variety from Greek Salad to Sandwiches to Entrees to Sides to Dessert. Our guests were amazed and said it was their favorite place they had eaten during their visit. While the restaurant itself had only a few people eating in, there were people picking up their call-in orders all night. The staff was great making sure we had everything and that we were happy. I travel alot and always call in for take-out on my way home from the airport. It's that good. Enjoy!
To say I'm obsessed with this place is putting it mildly. If you like hummus, you will absolutely love their hummus. It is so delicious I wish I could have a whole meal of just their hummus. It's very garlicky so be prepared to kill an entire fleet of vampires afterwards because no breath mint kills the garlic aftertaste but it's so worth it. The gyro meat is delicious and tender, the tzatziki is on point. My only feedback is I wish there were more options for upcharges for extra hummus and pita when ordering on doordash or online.
I love Pappas. I about cried when they closed the one on Bruce B Downs, but luckily they have other locations, and they are worth the drive. Greek salad is phenomenal!!! So is the service ?
Excellent jyro platter. Just be sure you check your order before you leave if you get take out because they leave one or two things out every time.
