I ordered online for instore pickup, the 8pc original chicken + 8pc tenders meal for my family. I picked up our food which is sealed at the time of pickup and went to the beach, when getting all the food out we opened a box of 8 biscuits instead of 8pc of tenders for the kids. We give the kids original chicken which got picked at because they are used to only eating tenders. On the way home we stopped to get the order remade. The manager had no compassion of the Frustration their mistakes made to our family. Refused to help with with anything more than replacing the tenders even tho the other chicken the kids only picked at. She lacked any skills to be a manager, who can turn a terrible experience from their teams mistakes to a positive outcome. She was very combative, argumentative, and non-compassionable. A simple phone call to corporate easily fixed this location multiple errors for online orders, their failure to follow their own policies, which would had prevented this from becoming an issue had they followed during the preparation of the order. I will avoid this location for any future orders. I see multiple reviews for similar issues, I'll be paying more attention to Google reviews in the future for different locations.

My KFC chicken sandwich was Actually fresh and cooked to order! I have had several other locations serve me only a soggy, cold pile of KFC chicken on a bun. This location was great . Visit this one!

Just visited drive thru and it was cold disgusting Mac m cheese I couldn’t even feed to my dogs $20.00 in the garbage.. I didn’t feel cooking today amd my husband said bby Kentucky fried chicken and for what we work hard for some nasty disgusting food I will call corporate managers general managerJust know the manager Lina made it right awesome manager 5 ? up for her.. My change was screwed up at the drivethu and I ordered all dark meat. When I got my 8 piece order home, it was more than half dark meat. Sounds like a good thing, but, since my family only eats dark meat, it ended up in the trash! Bad experience all the way around!

Ordered a pick up order and prepaid online. Missing fries and a whole large chocolate cake!! Store wouldn't even answer phone

Jimmy KFC has changed in negative ways over the past decade. The stores used to be more presentable or at least seemed like it, but they got rid of potato wedges which I thought was a fan favorite instead of that they bring in fries which you can get anywhere else and it's completely not at Kentucky fried Chicken thing. I went to one location that I actually was out of chicken and corn on the cob which in my family were basically two of the few main things we got

Sometimes you just had to have some KFC! We had to switch locations as our other location had been going down hill and recently got to the point where it was the last straw. We were treated kindly and not like, geeze another person in line. We were greeted at the window and engaged in a little small talk for a short time before he passed the food out. He said thank you have a great night. The quality of the shift management showed through on that visit. Fast food is fast food but a little kindness can brighten ones day. I will definately come back

Crew of 4, with no name tags, working at 7:50pm 03/15/2022, very rude... walked in with my family, it took one employee 4 minutes to even say "hello". The lady, who finally helped us was rude, no customer service was granted. When she was finished taking our order, there was a laminated paper on the floor, she bent over picked it up, without washing her hands, placed it on the line next to the bags and continued to gather orders, while touching her face , and making orders. Simply gross. Sadly enough the crew paid the same type of attention to the guest behind us... DIDNT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE them ,as they also waited 3 minutes to have their order taken. Sadly enough, if I EVER walk into this KFC again and see any of these rude crew members, I will walk out and go elsewhere. Hopefully management will fix this unacceptable treatment and nasty tendencies.

The hrs on the door state the inside lobby is open until 9pm. We arrived by 8:30pm. Chairs were up on tables & doors locked. COVID is no longer an excuse. The owner shld look at night mgmnt! We left!

Usually have the bowl meals.
