Decent food, service is slower but as is every fast food place in today's society.
Once of the best customer service experience I've had in a very long time. Haven't had KFC for years and it was still good !
Ordered 8 PC mixed with the tenders special. Got 1 breast, 1 wing, 6 pcs dark. WTH. It was undercooked, breading not cooked, skin falling off and greasy. Never again. Waste of 30$..
I ordered an 8 PC mixed,3 lrg sides and biscuits, with a bucket of tenders. It was on their site for 30$. I got 1 wing, 1 breast and 6 thighs. 4 tenders, supposed to be 12. After I checked the order we got back to the drive thru. I told the young girl at the window it was wrong. She went and spoke to someone. I told her, let me show you the bucket that you gave me, twice.!! She wasn't interested in making it right. She said " I don't cook the food". The chicken was greasy, breading on top not cooked. We only got 4 tenders. SMH. NOT WHAT I ORDERED! Chicken wasn't very good. NEVER AGAIN. NASTY FOOD. INCOMPETENT workers. I was charged $34.00 ( only 2.10 tax on 30$).? Then my son said let's just buy 2 more breasts. Another $8.00. Unbelievable. Worst KFC I've ever had.
I come here all the time and the staff is just always really nice and they always get my order correct. This almost never happened so I wanted to take the time out just to give a review because everybody has always been so nice to me here! ?
TERRIBLE! Every time I come to this location they either don’t have original, bon red-in or some other problem. It shares a building with Taco Bell which is also another garbage fast food restaurant, if you want chicken, go to Popeyes or-Churches
I'm in the drive through at 945 pm and they say KFC is closed. Google shows that KFC is open until 11pm.This is not ok. The person at the drive through as well as the "manager" can't give me a valid explanation as to why they close half of the store an hour and 15 minutes early... Not only that... I had to wait in the drive thru while all the other people got their order! Then the manager wants to give me an attitude as if I'm wrong for having an expectation of chicken. And no compensation for the wait either... I'm never coming here again... I'll get my tacos elsewhere
Ordered extra crispy didn’t get it . Asked for butter and honey, didn’t get it. Wouldn’t go back. KFC on Gulf to Bay is a drive for us but worth the time.
Pretty skimpy on ingredients in burrito. Soft shells very chewy. Counter persons were nice
Ordered on line and eating area was closed so had to go thru the drive thru to get my order. Sat in line for about 15 mins. For was ok, but I go there mainly cause the Cole slaw.
