I have gone here for 6 years+ yes the food can be quality and can be good, but -if people aren't treating you as such quality neither is the business and always they have a weird vibe and seem annoyed to deal with you, not happy vibes. Today, I am still shocked how they treated me like they don't care who comes back ( when I would go all the time)..If I was severally allergic to eggs, I would have went in an ambulance!!!!!!!!would they have competed the bill then? The worst part is they comped the slice of bread, but didn't offer anything on the house and it was under $50 tab! any good business would over it and offer dessert....... Terribly cheap business to not offer to cover for my stress and there mistake I would pay for internally now! I hardly say this, but I won't be back. They said "were sorry but this isn't a vegan restaurant" though they do have vegan items, and they said after I asked 3 times the bread was egg free and dairy free. One of the worst places in history. I did not care that they are scientologist, but that aside the vibe is off putting welcoming or comfortable.

With so few places having dedicated gluten free kitchens, this was a really nice treat. I ordered two entrees, a side, and three desserts to take home! The food was very reasonably priced and tasty. The service was also very pleasant. One of the girls came over and explained all of the dessert options without me even having to ask. If I didn’t live out of town I’d be here all the time.

Just what I was craving for lunch - healthy, colorful and very tasty farm-to-table ingredients. It is a perfect spot to fuel up for the second half of my work day. I was welcomed by lovely, attentive staff-members, who are also very knowledgeable about the menu items. The outdoor seating is lovely, as there’s a mix of downtown with a nice breeze, sweeping off of the water nearby. In addition to being my new lunch go-to, courtesy of Kyra Lynn’s Kitchen, I will soon be enjoying Good2Go (check the website!) prepared items to have at home. Whether you’re intentionally health conscious or not, you can’t deny the satisfaction of the natural flavor of real, whole food, prepared with love - and that was precisely my experience at Kyra Lynn’s Kitchen.
The food was good and I felt good after I ate. I don’t know how to describe how much I enjoyed eating something that was good for me. I wanted something that tasted good and felt satisfying and this place did it for me!!! ?? Korean Beef and broccoli with glass noodles
like that the food is organic and healthy that is why I go there. But today I was served a medium size Caesar salad with dressing on. Romaine lettuce only with dressingI was told there were no croutons left in the salad so I asked if I could have avocado on it instead. I also asked for some beets on and got about 8 small pieces of beet. I got avocado pureed about 1/4 of an avocado. I asked for a med to well done grass fed beef burger - it was med rare- raw most of the way through. When I got the bill I was charged $2.50 for the avocado and $3.00 for the beet. I paid $25 for that. The waitress was really helpful and nice but I find I get the smallest meals here compared to the other organic and healthy places I go to yet I pay more. Not exactly exchange in abundance.

Kara Lynn's Kitchen lacks the pretension and the cynical attitude/price gouging of the typical dietary friendly restaurant. This is replaced with a lovingly currated menu that leaves you feeling better in every regard. A rare gem among restaurants.
Worth every single star and penny! Prices were reasonable! The service was great! The employees were friendly! The food tasted great! I am temporarily having dietary restrictions that have left me unable to really eat out anywhere without worrying or feeling like I’m burdening the staff by asking too many questions. I called ahead asked about gluten, soy, and dairy, was provided with excellent information and great news! I ate there and enjoyed every bite! I also brought my bf who is a very picky eater, hates healthy food and dreams of meat… he ordered a burger and beefy chili soup and he had a great time! He continued to rave about the chili even after we left. We had a sampling plate of deserts to finish our meals and were so thankful for such an amazing experience. We will definitely be going back even after my dietary restrictions are long gone. Thank you Kara Lynn’s kitchen for providing us a great date night we so desperately needed. :) I will take photos and update review next time I go!
