Ordered the giant version of a Jimmy Cubano sub after seeing the company's advertising (see photo comparing the identical items). Was satisfied with the flavor. Was disappointed with the bread being quite a bit harder than usual, and the super thin, single layer of ingredients. I don't think we will order from them again, as for the price, there are tons of competitors. To be fair, it's probably just poor execution at the individual store level causing inconsistent sandwich prep (rushing employee, manager coming down too hard on amount of meat on subs being interpreted across the board instead of on a case by case basis, etc).

Same issue as other people have had. Ordered just TWO sandwiches at 12:10PM, it is currently 1:24PM (as I write this review) and the tracking app says it isn't even out for delivery yet! We are .7 miles away from the Jimmy Johns store... if I would've known it would take this long we would've driven but it was convenient to have it delivered.On top of that, I've tried calling the store to get an update and NO ONE is answering the phones.We are very very hungry, as it nears 2PM and we ordered the sandwiches at 12PM.I've already contact customer service and submitted a claim. This store needs to fix this issue. Definitely not "Freaky Fast".

Lost our companies business for sure. Placed an order for staff meeting at 1030am for an 1130am meeting. By 1140 the online Tracking system said it was out for delivery. By 1215 it still wasn’t at her office and the store is only five minutes away. I started calling the store but they do not answer. I ended up driving there and stood there for 10 minutes without anyone even asking if I needed help. Finally some person rudely told me that the catering manager called me probably right when I place the order to tell me that they were running behind and my order was still sitting on the counter in the store.Not sure what number they called but it wasn’t mine. Will be ordering from Little Greek for all of our catering needs now.

Usually I don't have issues at Jimmy John's but this particular location on a Sunday was Not good. Food was good, as usual. But all the employees were anything but friendly.

Ordered food for my wife who was in college in MGE (Clearwater, FL). She was quite hungry and was eagerly waiting for her order.She had a Very bad experience. (Order No 8504275120766981)1. Order Placed 12:10 pm. Order came 30-35 minutes late. At 12.21 pm it said it is out for delivery. When I call them at 12.40 they say it is not yet picked up.2. Food is delivered at 12.55 pm. 30 minutes after it is out for delivery. Distance between my location and JJ is 6 min drive.3. Mayo packets were missing. I had asked for it in my order4. Sandwiches were not cut into half. I had clearly mentioned that.5. Lady on phone says, we are doing our best, nothing else we can do.6. We asked for Napkins. Even that was missing.7. Not worth ordering food from here. Order a subway or some other place

Customer service is not a priority. Order taker did not know items on sandwiches and blamed me when order came out with incorrect items after asking multiple times to ensure certain items were not on sandwiches.

Driver with the pony tail was very rude. We always tip extra, plus he didn’t read the receipt and forgot part of our order and had to go back, we only live 7 minutes from the store and the first delivery was about one hour, then another hour for him to come back with the stuff he forgot the first time. Very dissatisfied. I think he needs some kind of additional training.

Sandwiches are very low quality. Lettuce is completely brown. Cucumbers had aged until they were clear and watery instead of crunchy. Called in, made it clear I was not asking for a refund, only clarification about the expectation I should have for food quality. I was told I would be given to the manager. Phone line hung up. Called back. Manager picked up and assured me the cucumbers were top notch because she "cut them herself". Not sure how she didn't notice the very poor quality of the food if she does the work herself. She insisted quality of the food was fine as brown lettuce was, in her opinion, normal. I spoke about her briefly about how Jimmy John's supply works. Each store can get their food from a different vendor. So this store simply buys low quality ingredients and believes that is fine. If you expect high quality ingredients like other locations, do not order from here.Edit: Submitted feedback on JJ's website as requested.

Placed an order back in Sept. 2021. Got home and realized the order was wrong. Called back to resolve the issue, was told to submit an online claim. I've tried contacting management several times since and have not received a response. This review is solely based upon the lack of customer service I have received.Edit: They followed up and said they wont be doing anything about it.

I did an order for delivery I was sitting outside my company for 40 minutes called them and they said our driver was all ready there and did not see me. They said they called but the call never went through to me.
