Travis was a great server, very attentive even though he was very busy with the Sunday after church crowd. Vast menu, good value, delicious.
These poor people were seriously hurting on a Friday night with only 2 servers and two cooks. Tried the scrambled eggs with cheese with the fire grilled peppers and onions with ham and sausage it was fantastic! Also had an order of French toast and that was really good too... had a Colorado omelet and it was huge! Really good portion size I loved it all
I don’t normally leave reviews but I just had a fantastic post workout meal at the US-19 and curlew location. Erik was my server and he was phenomenal. It’s rare that I get such professional customer service, especially at a 24 hour dine in restaurant where everyone’s tired and worn out. I was not expecting to be greeted so nicely and I really felt taken care of. I’m very pleased with my experience and will be back regularly to get the 2 egg, hashbrown, sausage link meal with a side of turkey bacon as it is a solid post workout meal for this time of the night.
It was our first time at this location. We were greeted and seated right away. Our server was nice and attentive. The food arrived very quickly and was exactly as we ordered it. Everything was delicious! He checked on us and later brought the check, but didn't rush us out. What more can you ask for?
The service was good, the food was okay.The bathrooms needed some TLC and I let the manager know this and when I used the restroom again before I left it still hadn't been taken care of and it was not busy so there was no reason that somebody shouldn't have gone in there right away to clean it up, which really put me off a bit.But otherwise the experience was mediocre food wise and the service was good ?
I hadn't been to this IHop before but I will come again!! Servers were fast friendly and accurate! Restaurant and restrooms clean and we'll tended! Kudos IHop crew!! Keep up the great work!
Had possibly one of the most pleasant dining experiences at this location. With times being the way they are, it’s understandable for some restaurants like IHOP to struggle with giving great service and deliver a great meal. Luckily, that wasn’t the case. Food was on point and the server, Travis, was easily the best server we’ve had at a restaurant since the pandemic happened.
WORST DINING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! In the 28yrs my husband and I have been together he has never once sent back a meal. His burger was raw. Not rare RAW!!! MY omelet was floating in raw egg. Not to mention it took over 45min to get our raw food. We only ordered coffee with our food and after taking the price of the raw burger off of our bill it still totaled $29. Over priced, raw food and terrible service. If I could give negative stars I would. Never again!!!!!
Came in late after a show and the restaurant was empty of guests. The waitress was very nice and our food was hot, tasted great! Probably the best service I've had all week despite how late it was.
