I paid $9 for three small torillas with cheese. I ordered cheese enchilladas and there is no sauce what so ever. There a small amount of lettuce some plain chips. the apparance is deceiving because all the partrons were of spanish decent so I though I found MY mexican restaurant. Sad! I've added a pic to show what $9 got me and no, there were no sauces on the side
I must say that Gorditas Don Huicho on Drew St is the place to eat for Mexican food that is reasonable, convenient, and friendly. I come here for Desayuno (breakfast), and sometimes lunch but it is just an easy place to go that is like my dining room. Kenya is a great server there and also Azeneth! They are the great servers that take care of all the guests!
Love this place. From the food to the staff, always outstanding! Don Huicho’s is the way to go!
Absolutely the worst dining experience. The atmosphere was just blah. The food was bland and was given cans of pop to drink. I have recieved better food out of food trucks and roach coaches. I do not recommend this place at all. There are alot better dining experiences in the Clearwater area.
Don Huicho is excellent and Kenya is always so sweet and a gift to have here. This place is where the people eat and that is home!
Fast service even tho it was close to closing time. Food was good and good portions
Soo disappointed. Use to go here before Covid and the food was great, not today. We spent $70 for 2 people and the food was inedible. Everything tasted old and had no flavor, the chips were stale, meat was beyond dry. Left there hungry and had to eat somewhere else afterwards.
I am a regular here and I must say that I thoroughly enjoy everytime I am here. Danielle and Azaneth always take care of me and my guests. I have recently ordered breakfaxt with 2 eggs and avacado and it has made the start to my day. The owner La Duana is always very polite and responsive when I am there.

In my experience I had great service! Very authentic and great music! My server was nice and the food was delicious. I really don’t have any complaints and would definitely recommend if your looking for some good Mexican food definitely stop in!!! Although it did take a relatively long time to get the food and wasn’t checked in on too much I wouldn’t say it took so long it deserved a bad Review.
