I got one of their breaded chicken sandwiches. It was pretty good but it was cold.
Owner is wonderful, and you can tell she pours her heart and soul into her food! Delish!
Have had 5. Or more different sandwhiches here, love them all. The owner is awesome and a very hard worker. She is always super nice even when in the weeds. Great local Gem

Just had a late lunch - a delicious, custom-crafted, panini-pressed pastrami wrap and Greek “side”/shared salad - at Frankie’s Deli: Clearwater, on Sunset Point & Hercules.Tracy, the co-owner, skillfully made the perfect wrap (including honey mustard dressing and the works!) and super-fresh & crispy Greek salad. She is very personable, witty and popular with the locals, who greet her by name and make themselves comfortable in her sandwich shop.So glad we discovered this local gem. I am stupified after what I witnessed today after visiting Frankie's deli for lunch. First let me start with trying their version of the Cuban sandwich It was terrible. The best part of the experience was watching the woman that made my sandwich turn around and handle cash and credit transactions at the register while answering the phone, and then she turns around and grabs my sandwich, no hand washing or gloves, Really???
FANTASTIC pressed Cuban's!!! Ordered this food for our cardiac cath lab crew at Mease Countryside Hospital and it was a huge hit! The owner Tracy is super friendly and pays attention to every detail. They use only the best deli meats, my favorite, Boar's Head! The team is still raving about the pressed Cuban's and Italian sandwiches. You can't go wrong with Frankies Deli....YUM!
A great experience! This little deli makes absolutely awesome subs! The Italian Steamroller has a cult following around here and deservedly so. Tracy (the owner) is a delight. Witty and friendly, she's a blast to chat with as she creates those marvelous sandwiches.
This place is my favorite place for subs. My favorite is the Manhattan sub but they are all great. The owners are the best Tracy and Frankie great people. People need to try this place. You won't be disappointed.
