My son and I ordered bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwiches. The bagels were hashbrown bagels which we had never tried before. They were a little softer than expected (almost slightly mushy on top) but that may just be how that kind is, I'm not sure since we have not had them before. Bacon was a little softer than I like it, I don't know if they can make it crispier or not. Overall though the sandwiches tasted good and were priced about on par with everything else these days. We will return at some point I'm sure as we also like their lunch sandwiches.
Great! Fast, clean restaurant. Good tasting bagles and cream cheese. The breakfast sandwiches are good too!
All I wanted was a pretzel bagel, toasted, with plain cream cheese on the side. What I got the first time was a pretzel bagel, toasted, with plain cream cheese on the bagel. Ok, no problem, we all make mistakes, they remake it, thanks, have a great day, and I drive off. Go to check what I got and now it's a pretzel bagel, not toasted, with the cream cheese on the side. How hard is it to make a pretzel bagel, toasted, with plain cream cheese on the side? I park to go inside to get what I ordered, and paid for, with a bit of an attitude I will admit, but their response was to tell me not to be rude and they make mistakes. I get that, but you already made a mistake and supposedly corrected it, now I'm late for work and you tell me to not be rude? Is that how you treat your customers when you continuously mess up their orders? There was no apology, or concern that they can't make a simple order correct. This was once a place I would frequent, but after that treatment I'll take my business elsewhere.
Go to Brueggers in Tampa instead.$7 breakfast sandwich and they forgot the bacon and it was cold? The pepper shmear is bland. The whole sandwich is bland. The manager seemed confused when I was complaining about the sandwich being cold. Her reasoning was that they only toast the bagel. I love cold, undercooked eggs. Thanks.
it's been quite a while since I last went to an Einstein's but we were looking to grab breakfast on a road trip and it caught our eye. Tried their new (possibly limited time) brisket bagel and it made the choice to stop here so satisfying on all levels.
The bagel tasted fresh. The staff in the drive-thru was so friendly?
I believe it’s pretty ridiculous that I have tried to order the Chocolate party bagel 5 times in the last two weeks and every time you guys are “sold out for the day” just barely into being open. When I know for a fact all you have to do is put it together like you do any other bagel you sell, a kind women who works there made a few for me one day on the spot because it’s that simple of a task.So this definitely isn’t a supply issue it’s a employee issue.
I’ve never experienced such unprofessional staff when it comes to dealing with finding a hair on my breakfast bagel I got! I went through drive thru and minutes after I received my food I found a hair and decided to go in to show the staff and get my money back. I’m currently pregnant and I can’t stand finding hairs in my food! The staff didn’t even apologize for this they saw me like if I had the problem. Never coming here again!
Bagels come out a greasy mess and they don't even have liquid sugar for coffee.
Fresh, fast, and friendly. Just wish they were more involved in delivery services because we'd frequent them much more. Great rewards program too.
