Nobody at the counter when we walked in. Nobody came out. Had to walk into the kitchen to look for an employee. She prepared lunch in slow motion. didn't ask me if I wanted a drink. Had to cancel my transaction to add water. Cancelled unsuccessfully card reader error. Had to use another card, although my bank confirmed nothing wrong with first card. didn't get a receipt either. But paid over $22 (I hope). Ugh
disappointing the staff was rude and someone who worked there left with a huge bag of bagels i wouldn’t order a sandwich here they don’t toast it
Went here twice on my way to work. I waited almost 10 minutes while the workers moved in slow motion. They simply don’t care. I’ll never go here again.

Love this place!!! The Greek yogurt cherry pastry is the best! I clean them out everytime I go. They're perfect for the morning before work.2nd suggestion, get the farmhouse sandwich. The jalapeno cream cheese spread is a perfect compliment
I went to order a toasted bagel with veggie cream cheese which it was never toasted. I was very disappointed. I'm really how difficult is it to toast a bagel. I said I wanted it toasted and the person even who was to toast it repeated it. The reg. coffee was empty and decaf tasted horribly I will not be going back here again!!!
I have been to two other Einstein locations in the Clearwater area and their service was good. This location however was horrible. I waited 20 minutes to get our order of 4 items. The location was dirty, smelled of burned bread and was generally unwelcoming. I am disappointed
Einstein brother bagel I sent out some coupons and I had a Jalapeño Beagle sandwich with brisket eggs cheese does not taste or look all that good but I did get a free iced coffee with the meal that was good the caramel shake with whip cream is delicious the pumpkin muffin with cream is to die forthe chocolate chip muffin that was not all takes good
I knocked off a star for organization and some tidiness. The floors didn't look very clean and the location seems a bit understaffed. I realized there are some labor issues right now but to the managers/ownership, take care of your workers and your restaurant and they will take care of you. OTHERWISE the bagels are delicious, the staff was friendly and prompt, I was in and out in a speedy fashion which made me a happy customer.
