Burnt hashbrowns, burnt croissant, iced sweet tea that didn't taste right, like it was old. I'd post a photo if this would let me. Very disappointing. I don't do negative reviews but this was bad. I was offered new hashbrowns but they weren't much better. I was told the cook wasn't there so that explains it I suppose. I left without finishing my meal.EDIT.....My friend came out (because I went outside to wait for her) and said she was offered a refund for both meals. The young gentleman (Tommy) was extremely nice and apologetic..
Manager Tommy is very positive and professional . This is contagious and creates an entire positive work environment, making everyone else around him shine. Great team, need more teams like this in times like this.
I went through the drive thru today and the person on the intercom had a very pleasant and nice voice. When I went to the window she was just as weet and nice with a lovely personality and smile. I asked her what her name was and she said Lori and that she is a manager just helping out at this location today and she usually works in Clearwater. She is wonderful and makes getting my coffee even better experience than the usual. Thanks Lori for being you!
Darrion’s customer service was exceptional! It’s been so long since I’ve gone to this location because people here weren’t as friendly and order was always wrong. Darrion knows how to take care of his customers: thank you!!!
Who’s running this place? Their staff is miserable and they can’t even get the orders right. The blond girl with the long nails never even says hi or have a nice day. This is the first place people go on their morning commute, the least employees can do is be civil.

I don’t understand how this dunkin has bad reviews. The staff are very friendly, they’ve only messed up my order twice In the many years I’ve eaten there and quickly fixed the issue. I saw someone on here complained that the guy with piercings and painted nails looked unprofessional but he’s a good worker and I personally think he looks cool (I would credit him but I don’t remember his name) I think it’s good that Dunkin let’s people express themselves how they want to. You people complaining about his appearance need to get with the times. Someone’s outfit doesn’t reflect their work ethic. Darrion is also super friendly and always brightens up my day when I come through. I’ve been to other Dunkin’s in the area and this location by far is the best one around. Thank you guys for being great.
