I love Dunkin. So much so I named my dog Munchkin. lol No but seriously the staff are really nice and everything is good but for some reason when I order food it seems to be burnt and or hard. Also, for ALL Dunkins please learn the difference between icing filled donuts and Boston creme filled donuts. I will still keep coming because I just LOVE DUNKINS that much!!
Been here 3 separate times and each time they have gotten my order wrong. I included a photo for reference. I ordered a peach passion fruit refresher with green tea and they gave me the one on the right with coconut milk. The one on the left is made with green tea that I got at a different location. I even asked the guy if he was sure it was made with green tea and he said yes. ?
Blazingly incompetent. If you take a froasted donut and put it in one of the bagel bags what is most likely going to happen. Yup the obvious, all the froasting will stick to the bag and you end up with a mess...
Went a little later in the day, it was the most dysfunctional crew I'd ever seen make a coffee and sandwich, but they looked like they were having fun, five stars.
I had the egg, cheese, and turkey sausage on cressant. The late was made exactly as ordered. Great.
How hard is it to make coffee.4 days in 6 asked for coffee with cream and sugar. 4 days no cream no sugar and was asked to pull up to wait to get coffee. I mean really it’s a coffee shop. How hard is it to make coffee…..
I worked at Dunkin Donuts so I feel a sense of love and loyalty to this place. They are commercialized and corporate so you know what you're going to see no matter which location you go to. The Munchkins are awesome and DD has the best coffee of any famous coffee shop in my opinion. "America Runs on Dunkin!" My favorite donuts are the French Kruller and the Jelly Filled. They have some hot food items for breakfast (somewhat like McDonalds). They used to have a great panini 10 years ago, but they took it off the menu and now the menu is boring. Maybe they just wanted to focus on coffee and donuts and keep it simple. Oh well. I miss that panini.
There is a woman here who literally restored my faith in humanity with her kindness. I purchased coffee and breakfast as I waited for a tow truck. I asked for water. She kindly asked for a minute as she was clearing her register for the day. I waited but then had to walk away to take a call. On the way out she noticed i never got the water. She apologized as if she had anything to apologize about and then insisted in giving me HER extra bottle of water then walked back and got a cup of ice. Seriously I mean. Just a humbling experience to meet someone this kind hearted. Wish I seen her name tag to thank her by name. She had long? salt and pepper highlighted hair in a pony. When everything is going wrong, an act of kindness can literally change your entire day. Thank you for being so amazing ?
My 2nd time at this location. Same fare as every other D&D of course, however service is just abysmally terrible here. 1st visit there, the girl spent like 10min rearranging ALL the donuts, right in front of me before taking my order. I guess it is more important to organize your donuts than wait on customers and sell your donuts. Whatever. 2nd visit today, I'm the only person inside, maybe 2 cars in line, still I have to stand there about 10min before ordering. There's like 5 employees milling about, walking back and forth, see me waiting, nobody takes my order. Whatever. Maybe drive thru is better. I'll avoid this place in the future.
Can't remember what time of the day I went but it was a quick in and out friendly staff clean lobby It was great
