THE EMPLOYEES STEAL FROM CUSTOMERS An employee stole our cc and tried to buy metropcs minutes. 6 charges each at $40. My husband went back as soon as he realized he didn't have his card ( about 30 min) The girl that took his order gave it back to him and said "I didn't do anything, here it is". My husband called the store looking for the manager and had to leave a message with the shift leader. She told the employee that we were calling the cops. That employee called my husband's cell phone and tried to explain it all away. I made a police report and called corporate. The owner was to call me back in 2 days. Never did & lied to corp. that they did. I asked again for the owner to call me, they still haven't. It's been 10 days since this happened and nothing from Dunkin. NOTHING. The store is always disgusting and they obviously let their employees steal from customers.
I wasn't able to make it up to dunkin to pickup my order that I made through the app. I went in the next day and manager Nancy made my order for me. She is so nice and has great customer service skills. Thanks Mrs Nancy. ?
When you want not strong coffee, you go to Dunkin. Everyone is nice and fast. But it's not the best place for strong coffee.
While Dunkin Donuts Breakfast food isn't great, this DD goes the extra mile to make it terrible. I ordered a Sourdough Sandwich sub Sausage for Bacon... and of course I got raw bacon, untoasted bread, unmelted cheese, so once I got the sandwich home, I needed to recook the entire sandiwich myself. Basically, I paid DD to make my own breakfast. Didn't DD was Make-Your-Own-XXX type of place, I just paid them $8.27 to make a sandwich. And it was still just okay....
Went at 5:30 pm for my kids. They had 1 flavor donut ONLY. Kids even asked why the store doesn't CLOSE. They are 6 and 7 years old. Inexcusable. That will be the last time we go there.
15-20 minute drive thru times are not uncommon. If you don’t get here when it’s completely empty, forget about it. Lines regularly spill onto US19 and it creates a traffic hazard.
Their was only one staff member working and she was great. Shame on the store owner having only one person on staff working both drive-thru, inside service and food prep during the afternoon coffee rush.
I don't normally give reviews but this is the 5th time in two months that I have not gotten the coffee I ordered and today I am not even sure what I got but it was not what I ordered...had to throw it away. How hard is it to make coffee and put the right ingredients in the cup?
EVERY Time the doughnut is placed UPSIDE Down in the bag ? Frosting side down ? Only at this location. Why ?? Isn’t putting a frosted doughnut ? into a bag fairly simple? EVERY TIME ?
I'm not sure why it's so hard to get a donut at Dunkin donuts. This location is constantly out of donut flavors, even when you order through the mobile app at 6:30am. When I arrived they told me they were out of half the donut flavors I ordered for a dozen donuts, so including glazed donuts. I have gone in the afternoon and they have been completely out of donuts. I hoped going early would help, but it did not. They offered substitutions, even that was done incorrectly. This location is a waste of time and money.
