I'm a very patient person, and historically love Dunkin donuts and Baskin Robbins, but I will not be back to this location ever. The drive thru took 25 minutes (I couldn't leave due to cars being behind and in front of me). I'm hoping the employee at the drive thru was just having a really bad day because of that is how she is everyday she doesn't need to be face to face with customers.I paid almost $9 for a two day old bagel with barely any cream cheese on it and an undrinkable iced coffee.The first time I visited this location it was approximately 3 weeks ago and the employee was friendly. We went inside for ice cream. The ice cream tasted old and freezer burned. Very disappointed

You could pick the beans, roast them, grind, and brew faster than this places service. If you value you time don't stop here. Food/drinks are up to par.

The first time was great with good food and really nice staff. But the second time was awful and ruined this location for me. The girl at the drive thru was extremely rude and acted like she was being tortured that I needed one minute to think about my order. Every 15 seconds she kept saying, “YOU CAN ORDER! GO AHEAD! YOU CAN ORDER!” in a rude, loud tone. When someone says, “One minute please” that means that someone needs time to order. I should have left then. But, to top it off it looked like someone grabbed my hash browns with their hand, crushed them, then threw them in the bag. The sandwich wasn’t even cooked fully either. You should fire whoever was working that day because they clearly don’t need to be in customer service

I hardly ever take the time to write negative reviews, but this just needs to be noted.Before writing my review, I decided to check out some of the other reviews to see if my experience was typical. It was.Same awful situation with the drive-through, awful customer service with the short manager and the attitude ridden teenagers inside. I get that you’re busy, but pick up the pace!Waited 23 min in drive thru for a mobile order they “didn’t have yet” (I call BS) and then waited another 10 min in my car before going inside.NO ONE acknowledged me standing there despite one person being helped inside so I had to ask to get some service.That young man with the curly, fluffy hair had the audacity to tell me I was lying about how many wraps I ordered (literally shows how many I ordered right in my app) and when he realized he was wrong, he just said “hope you’re happy”.I just can’t with this place. Wish I could give zero stars.0/10 recommend - will never go back.

Like all stores you will see the struggle with staff shortage. The customer service was good, and provided the help needed during ordering. My husband's coffee was food and flavorful. Mine lacked any and all flavor. ?‍♀️ you win some you loose some.

PAY YOUR WORKERS A LIVING WAGE!!! Waited in line for 1/2 hr for coffee in a drive thru that you cannot leave once you enter. The young man at the window apologized, stating there were only 4 people working. I felt so bad for them, knowing they are getting angry customers because you cannot properly staff your store. You're one of the busiest locations! Your sign says you pay $11/hr - that is not a livable wage! Pay people more and staff your store!! On a positive note, my coffee was made perfectly and my Boston Cream was nice & fresh.

Wait was very long and the food was inedible. The staff also was not the kindest but I understand the service industry could be mentally taxing. They did make a very tasty iced coffee though.

I usually don't take the time to write a negative review. But this is worth noting.I got in the drive thru line for Dunkin donuts with about 6-7 cars ahead of me. I waited about 20 minutes just to get to the ordering area. I ordered 1 donut, a sweet tea, and 1 order of w plain bagel minis (not sure of their exact name on the menu).A couple of minutes later I got to the window, paid, got my donut and drink, and was told my "sandwich" would be up in just a min.7 minutes later someone finally comes back to the window, and they ask what it is I'm waiting on. I said an order of bagel minis. She checked with someone else and it sounded like they were just going to begin making them (whatever that involves).I waited 4 more minutes, and finally just left. Ended up being late taking my son to swim class, all because he wanted a donut. I guess that's my fault thought for thinking a small Dunkin donuts order would take less than 45 minutes.

Waited over 20 minutes just to order a coolatta. The place is absolutely filthy and everyone in here is complaining too.... I didn't even want to sit down to wait. Gross.

Went to the drive through and overall terrible experience. As I drove away I pulled out my bacon egg and cheese wrap and it was COLD like not even close to being warm when I asked for it extra warmed up. The lady who was taking the orders who might of even been the manager was not friendly what so ever I asked if I can add a donut at the window and she got annoyed. Not to mention not sure who trained her on taking orders lol because what she would say is “ go ahead with your order” “ok ok ok ok” customer service was trash and my food was cold. I’m done giving this location chances because clearly they don’t know how to operate as a store. Trust me I worked at Dunkin for 5 years prior to graduating college. You should def do a mystery shop or something at this location!!!!
