I have been to this location multiple times, and the staff. unfortunately, is careless with the orders because I have received coffee that did not have sweeteners like requested nor did they care to put it on the side.Also, asked before for sugars, creamers etc on the side for a big order and received about 5 sugars and barely any creamer that would not have even accommodated the order. I am not a review police, but I am so disappointed as this has happened every time I have been to this location. I would understand if it happened once or twice but it’s repetitive every time which shows carelessness. This location needs to do better. In the meantime I am forced to go somewhere else for my coffee.
i was just telling my husband on the drive to dunkin that there are so many inconsistencies with the drink i order, and that still reigns true especially for this one.i get a caramel latte with oat milk, and i’m absolutely positively they gave me just a coldbrew with oatmilk— even that would have been better than what they gave me. it is so watered-down and flavorless.they were not super busy, not a long line or many cars in the parking lot, but we waited at the window for our drinks to come out for 10 minutes! the staff was not friendly either, and tried to hand us out someone else’s donuts.the only reason i give it two stars and not one is because my husband’s caramel macchiato tastes alright- not great, but it was made better than mine at least. so disappointed with this franchise.
What I don't understand is how do you forget to put in the one of two things added to a normal hot coffee. I really don't understand. It can't be that hard to make a cup of coffee. How is it that you remember to put the cream in but not the flavor of the coffee that I had to ask for three times. Ridiculous that y'all can't even make a simple cup of coffee right.
Employees were super polite and efficient. Everyone was working together and helping each other. My friend and I were both pleased with the drinks and service that we got at this location!
This guy is an angel! Thank you su much willy for you kindness towards my daughter i’ll be forever praying for you well. I stop on this DD because my daughter was about to pee herself after a hour and 30 min ride. Even though they have the sign of not public restroom on the front door, he let us use it and even make my daughter’s day happy
Quite possibly the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to spent 20 minutes with four people in front of me with every coffee order done wrong. Never even got my cup of coffee pick a different location I don't know if it's the management the employees or what but they definitely need to learn what service is
Great staff, always cheerful. If the line is long, just be patient, and don't leave a big gap between cars.They don't cook the donuts on site anymore as there are over 50 (?) stores in the franchise, but the quality remains.I just might go have 4 now.
After been up for 24 hours, I went to the nearest DD for a coffee at 5am and had the pleasure to meet the nicest lady ever... Her name is Rodney and she deserves 5 stars for the absolute best customer service. Rodney you make all the difference in people's day. God bless you!
Just got my usual from this location, great staff, I tip every time. I had to complain because now I am at work with nice hot coffee and a bagel I literally cannot bite through. I have worked as a baker at DD before…. This is easily 24 hours old. It’s also flat as a pancake and not cooked through. The baker complained last time I asked for a fresh bagel because it was “hard to cut”…. Honey, throw it in a bag, cream cheese and knife on the side. I’d rather do the work than pay for a cream cheese hockey puck.
