The male that was taking my order was very patient and genuine. I know he was wear a “C” necklace. My coffees were also very good!
I order the same drink regularly, but the results are wildly inconsistent. They seem to water down the cold brew until it is just coffee colored water and cream.
The staff was awesome. Very patience with me lol. Even given free donut holes. They didn't have the coffee I wanted but what I got was good
Rudest people. Terrible customer service. They couldn’t acknowledge me at the drive thru and didn’t acknowledge me when I pulled up, to place my order. Instead of taking my little order, the girl was obnoxious , told me to drive back around, when I had already waited for so long, and shut the window in my face. Don’t waste your time or spend money here.
I give the DD on Drew St. 5 stars. All the rest 1 or 2. Drew St. is the only store that makes my coffee as ordered. I usually will go out of my way to go there I got tired of throwing my money away. Going to limit how many times a week I go due to rise in prices

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!! Literally messes up my order every single time. Maybe if it happened a few times but every time I get different items. Do you have toddlers working there?? It’s like they literally send you whatever they want. I ask for plain bagel bites and they send everything EVERYTIME! I order tea, get coffee. Even tho there’sa big sticker that says black tea on it. This list goes on and on. It’s baffling at this point how this place is still open.
Ordered a Avocado Toast with bacon and they didn’t even put bacon on it even though I was charged I’ve had problems at this location but I wanted to give it another chance but I can’t anymore they also burnt the toast it way to hard for me to bite into I tried to call twice but they didn’t answer don’t go to this location ! Go to the one in Dunedin they care more.
Staff is always nice. Coffee orders are always made correctly. However, every time I've gotten any kind of breakfast sandwich it has tasted how burnt/burning plastic smells. It's very odd.
Went through drive through just before 10 am . I got 4 wraps and 2 hashbrowns. I had to circle back through the drive thru because they forgot the hashbrowns. All of the food had a chemical taste and is disgusting. We ended up throwing out the entire order after one bite. The wraps were smashed, hashrounds were not hot and and the napkins were bunched up and looked almost used. If I could give zero stars, I would.
