I usually order a cold brew, this place doesn't seem to make it like the other locations. It's not actually cold brew here (or at least this particular time), the guy filled a cup with ice and poured hot coffee in it which just made an extremely watery beverage. I would rather be told there was no more cold brew so I can order something else.I don't normally ask for drinks or food to be remade, but I did this time. Even when I pointed out how watery the coffee was, there was no explanation proffered, I had to figure it out as I watched him make the drink a second time, and then I asked for a hot coffee which was honestly not great but better than the alternative. So basically, I paid extra for a regular coffee.
Older woman who made my drink today handed my drink to my husband with cold foam all over the side while sucking the cold foam off of her fingers on her other hand. I’m sorry but that is just gross. I also have been overcharged several times but never have time to have it fixed. If this wasn’t the only Dunkin on my way to work I wouldn’t come here anymore. Rest of the staff is always awesome and super friendly, I just feel bad when they aren’t staffed appropriately….
Service has gone downhill and there's never anything in stock. Try to call ahead to check if they have what's wanted but of course no one answers the phone so off to a new location that actually answers the phone and has desired product in stock. There are a few of the staff that are actually great but there are more than a few bad apples here unfortunately.
Coffee tastes fine but I ordered from Uber Eats and they used a lid that's completely open...No straw-Usually Dunkin is permitted to use a cover with a sticker covering the opening for the drink to prevent any contamination in transit. Not a huge deal but could potentially be one? I'm not impressed.
Drive thru is probably best, Poor inside service! 4 people working didn't get anyone to take order...after 4mins standing...we walked out! ?
This is usually my favorite Dunkin which is the reason I stopped here but today was not it. The order taker/drink maker was outside smoking a cigarette behind the menu board taking my order, the lady in the window was spilling my drink I asked her to switch out the lid since it was so drippy she said the lids are all the same they all drip then proceeded to explain to me how many lids come in a box and that they’re all the same ? i’m sure she thought her response was abundantly hilarious however I don’t care how many lids come in a box I just expect my five dollar coffee not to spill all over my car when I order it. ? i’m laughing at how terrible this experience was but this location was Dunkin’s last chance for me and I probably won’t be back.
Ordered a chai latte and hashbrowns and after waiting in line and at the window for at least 10-15 minutes they finally gave me cold and hard hashbrowns and after another 5 minutes they told me they were out of chai.
This Dunkin is the worst one around. Never have I seen a donut shop that never has donuts. What is the point of being open if you have the product in your name. Save yourself the time and go to another one. Avoid this one at all costs if you want donuts.
Bad coffee and stale doughnuts at 11am. Not the best Dunkin' I've ever been to.
Dunkin is always great but this location is special a young lady named Sam works there and if you're looking for the best DND coffee you've had in your life plus a smiling (masked) face then stop by this location!!
