Do not go here! Ordered a caramel frozen coffee and 3 donuts and went back to my hotel 6 minutes down the road. Ate my breakfast and had a few sips of my frozen coffee and shortly after threw it all up. ? upset stomach, diarrhea, throwing up, etc. this was the first time I’ve ever gotten sick off Dunkin donuts. There customer service was horrible and slow as hell.
I have the chicken sandwich on a croissant with bacon and cheese sandwich for lunch and it was good, hot, made to order. Drive through was fast and efficient. No wait. Parking lot has lots of free parking as this restaurant is located in the same area as a Comfort Inn. Access is from Ulmerton road. Easy access from the eastbound lanes however access from the westbound lanes requires a u-turn. Drive-thru is a little tight. Im sure how many vehicles can easily queue. Selection of lunch items at this location is fairly limited but has a very wide drink menu. Everything can be made to preference. Staff are very friendly and appear to enjoy working at this location. Drive-thru Lane is showing some wear but otherwise in a good condition and well maintained.
The worse Dunkin’ Donuts ever the coffee is always cold .don’t order from Uber eat cause my order is always wrong the last two times I order it was missing stuff never again at this location
Doesn't always carry everything or I should say they don't have a lot the the menu. I know supply issues but give me a break. We all have that same answer.
I’m one of the new employee’s here at 3920 ulmerton rd in Clearwater. If you want your orders and coffees done perfectly they will be done perfect by me. Other employees give great service since I’ve started working here. I’m here all the time. Come see me. :)

Certain things at corporate stores should just never happen. Like Dunkin donuts being out of donuts, or iced tea etc. This particular DD the staff were kind, and friendly.
I wish there was an option to give 0 stars because that's what this Dunkin should get. This is second time in this week where they closed at 5:30 PM. I drove 14 mins just to find out they're closed. First time they had notice on drive through that they're closing due to staff shortage but this time there is literally nothing. This is absolutely unprofessional. They open and close based on their convenience.
The workers work hard and are always respectful. They get my order right every time. The drive through gets back up frequently but It’s not their fault that they are understaffed.
Always get my order right and are so sweet!! But most of all spoil my pups!! Thank you to the sweet lady in the drive thru for the whip cream & toy! Absolute best!
