Efficient and they got the order right which is saying a lot for a DD these days. Not overtly talkative but they did what they needed to do and we got our coffee here twice while on vacation. They were fast and efficient!
It was not even a busy morning and manager Brian C. was extremely rude. Efficiency is one thing but when it compromises quality and customer service if he comes another. There are plenty of people who have never been to a Dunkin’ Donuts so to be rude when guests ask questions and rush them and snap at them is not away to conduct yourself. Not to mention throwing all the donuts in the same bag without any parchment paper. I had to go back to the hotel and scoop the frosting out of the sides of the bag with a knife. This location needs a lesson in customer service at the management level.
Felt extremely rushed by the cashier which left us without what we truly intended to purchase.

it was nice to find a Dunkin on vacation ware I could get my iced coffee and a donut. It was very handy, right across from the beach and the staff was very helpful.
Service is slow, but willing to wait bc staff is nice
Totally understand that we are in the middle, hopefully end, of a Pandemic, but rudeness should not be tolerated at anytime! Forgot to bring mask in and was rudely told "You need to have a mask on to order and if you don't put one on, you will not be served". We were visiting from a rural area where our town is not as strict as Clearwater. That being said, a little kindness in your tone goes a long way.
As expected, great coffee and donuts. Fantastic! We visited on our trip to Clearwater, it was cool and the coffee hit the spot. We sat outside and 'people watched' for a while. It was great.
... but it wasn't busy that day in the afternoon. So, I was served at the counter rather quickly, and yes, their coffee was very good and very hot. The shop has two seating areas - indoors and a small area outdoors, facing Mandalay Ave. I liked the decor of the walls in the various shades of orange-cream-beige colors, and the images, somewhat reflecting the ideas of cubism art. Pretty cool ! ... The shop is located in the Central Part of Clearwater Beach, in the row of many other businesses on Mandalay Avenue.
Workers were extremely rude & had terrible attitudes.
